I like Wales Ranch for the right buyer! Each community comes with it's pros and cons and of course, location! Wales Ranch is far from the 202 freeway, so it isn't the first choice for many buyers, but depending on where you work, it definietly can be a good option! Are you considering moving there?
It is NOT a good time to buy. Buyers don't buy right now. Give it a couple of years. All these homes (newly built and resales) are OVERPRICED. Why pay 50-100% more? Sellers are delusional. Agents obviously want a commission. Be patiend. Sellers are slowly coming down in price. - A Friend
Disagree! What drives the market is not how sellers are pricing their homes - it's the rates. Once rates drop again, the number of buyers will increase, prices will go up, and you will be competing against other offers. Now is a great time to buy. Buyers have the power - they are getting closing costs paid for, price reductions, rate buy-downs, repairs done, and little to no competition.
