Yes it was a tougher one but good - I prefer the shorter ones🙄😊 only 8 days to go but having a day off tomorrow as have been doing 3 different Pilates challenges simultaneously 💪👍🤩 Got my back a bit on the one leg exercises but always stretch afterwards and do back strengthening exercises and full spinal twists daily!
