@@ISABUILT yw bro it def helped me. I was able to get my rears done. The front is gonna wait til next weekend. The bolts on the axle side of the lower control arms were seized up. I Had to heat it an beat it. Took 4 ever.. I posted a short of the stud an bushing. Ended up having to cut one off.
I have a 99. What were the exact settings you set them for in the back? I like how it sits. Also how many more spins did you give the front ones so it wouldn’t scrape anymore
I believe to be exact the rears started at 20 spins off of bottom out but was to high so we ended up working are way to bottom out on the struts then went hand tight on the spring. For the fronts we set the struts flush at the bottom then went 20 turns in to lower it more.
Hey do you recommend these on a 2003 v6? The ones with adjustable dampers? I’ve got a new job and wanna start building up my car and making it look nicer, thanks!
It doesn’t ride bad granted the price for them. This one gets daily driven as much as possible and gets put away for winter. I’ll do a better video of the ride quality in a later video
@@Trunks4825 anytime! And so far the Godspeed coilovers feel amazing as well, they have the camber plates so that’s a nice feature and they also go lower. There more expensive but definitely worth the price.
@@ISABUILT that's not me, that's one of my friends, but fair play 😂 While I have you here, how have the coilovers stood up to time? I have a 94 GT I'm looking to lower and I've seen a lot of conflicting information about whether or not they fit correctly or really work all that well.
@@zachcollins9687 lol , so far theyve been doing great. I guess it’s all in the adjustment between the springs and the struts and getting that perfect setting to where the spring and strut work together and not one doing more then the other. I wish they can go lower but they can’t, but I’ll do a walk around soon on how there holding up and what they look like with the new wheel setup. For the price there a good buy for sure!

how’s the ride quality? my stang is a daily and i’m trying to find some good coilovers for it.

This car is still around, driven hard and still on the same suspension. You don’t gave to spend thousands of dollars, I’d recommend them to you.

I put some in my friends car and one of the rear springs popped out two days later. Have you had this issue
Negative, almost a year with them and there still doing the job. I think you might have to adjust the rear springs alittle stiffer
Tilting on one side any idea why ?
Hmm not sure, take it for an alignment and see if there’s any way to adjust the front camber
I have these and they rub the front tires, did you adjust them to have close to no negative camber? Are you using a spacer?
We’re not rubbing but we also have a smaller tire up front. Camber really is very little to no adjustability , unless you get the camber plates
