Chelsea has planning to build 'something' bigger than everyone thought, I mean as a Football Club. Maybe that's why I have a feeling that Chelsea looks different this season. Their staff & manager, their first team, the Academy, even all of their social medias more attractive and interactive. All Chelsea's fans are more passionate and supports the club more this season.

The transfer ban and sarri leaving seem like it was a move better for the long term. Mount,Tammy and Tamori could have all ended up in chelseas broken loan system. When you think about it, goalkeepers spend a lot of the time just watching the game unfold in front of them. So you think they'd be pretty good an analysing the game etc.

On the surface yes. But it's not easy to be a bridge between various departments. If Cech mess up a little while gathering information, doing the analysis and reporting to a department then they will be making wrong decisions. And yes, that is Cech's fault. We are talking about Cech, a great professional and one that can handle pressure and make thoughtful decisions while under pressure(example: Robben's penaltysave during extra time of 2012 CL final). He will enjoy it and become successful.
Now, let's take some inspiration from him and why not worry about our own careers and lives. 🤷♂️
