- In this episode, join me as I make some cozy tavern inspired foods, perfect for a hobbit adventure: Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Everything Bagel Soft Pretzels, and Banana Brioche French Toast Bake. The farm is slowly waking from its winter slumber, and I spend a little time in the greenhouse repotting our root bound rosemary. Did you purée part of the soup?
Yes, it's partially pureed! :)
@@underatinroof I just made broccoli and cheddar soup yesterday and puréed about half of it. I do add a slight amount of flour after softening the onions (before adding carrots, broccoli and broth) but I think the cheese and cream (I use half and half) after puréeing thickens it as well. The recipe I use calls for a small amount of nutmeg. It’s been a favorite of mine this winter.

Some are feral/barn cats and others come inside sometimes. I just capture the outdoor scenes in the moment, so I don’t always remember or think to film every moment of their days 😂❤️

Beautiful video! I'm a new subscriber to your channel, and I adore your work. I'm always so sad that I discovered your recipes only after I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few months ago. I'm guessing there's a very small market for this, but if you ever made gluten-free cottagecore recipes/GF modifications to your existing recipes, I would be all over that. For now, at least I can wistfully watch as you make stunning baked goods.

I don’t capture footage of them all at the same time. These clips are from multiple different days! They have a heated cat house, outbuildings, and some come inside if they want. ❤️
