Hi.I have the same issue on my 2011 Cascadia it regens but the temps don’t get high enough then the system aborts the regen. I already cleaned out the 7th injector and de sooted the manifold pipe..I pulled that high pressure flang just as you did on the video and sure enough that control valve is blowing air like a whistle.. Could my problem also be that 2 stage DOC block mounted above the fuel pump as well? Your video on YT is the only one that says anything about that control solenoid could prohibited the regen process..Thanks for any info you can provide..
@@cedthetruth1311 if that valve is bad I’d say that is most likely your culprit. I’d check for any exhaust leaks as well. Look for soot anywhere around the exhaust system before the DPF.
Hi sr I have a question I see that you’re showing a computer graphic do you need a specific computer to do the diagnostic? And which one you recommend? Thanks
@Ahmed-Adil yes ,thanks got it into dealer that had a mechanic that loved being a mechanic and he got it repaired Some folks at these shops just don't care it seems I still ended up getting a new truck because this one couldn't stay away from Rush repair facilities. My next new truck broke down within 2 weeks DPF Sensor issues Thanks
@Ahmed-Adil bad EGR and and sensor in the middle of filter showing different temp than sensor in front and back 1000 degrees front ,middle sensor 240 degrees rear 1000 degrees I may be wrong on exact temperature it's been a while Have a great day
I fknnnn love you bud!!! This helped bunchhhhhh
Thank you for the knowledge
Great video, I’m having that issue, can you provide a part number for the valve, thank you.
Did anyone come up with a part #? Local Freightliner doesn’t sale just that fuel control valve…

Omg was that thanks 🙏
Has anyone found a part number?
Thanks
I have 3480 fmi 0 it says fuel compensation pressure high
Do you have a part number for this valve?
Any luck with locating part #??
Depends on if you have a 2 filter or 3 filter system. A0000789249 was the last P/N. It may be hard to find as it’s been superseded by a flange
I have spn3480 fmi21
I have 3480 fmi:2
