and we cant press P if all char dead
Danjin is great. She makes every enemy feel like a Lvl 120 Mini-Boss
Skill issue
Plenty of characters can dish out the same dps or more without the risk of getting one shot.
Also most mobs die before you can utilize her skill boosted heavy attack. There's really no reason to play Danjin unless you just like playing her. If you're very good at dodging and parrying she can be a decent boss killer.
Yes! Danjin respect time. Honestly she outperforms my S2 Calcharo consistently, she's just so strong when you play her well.

Damn, no mention of Taoqi as a team mate. She provides a huge shield, doesn't heal Danjin, only herself, so she can still use the healing set, and she gives Havoc damage boost.
Wait, does the Healing 5 Set attack bonus on allies apply even on self healing?
So that’s why they suggest it for Taoqi
i think she buffs skill, danjin buffs havoc, but yes they're a good match up especially w havoc mc
if youre a casual, taoqi is viable. if you want an efficient dps team that isnt clunky in rotation, taoqi is never the best defensive option.
Taoqi becomes good in this setup if you have a good way of building up concerto energy so she can kick off Danjin after. If not you're going to spend 20 seconds auto attacking after your skill/ult rotation. Which is a waste of time, damage and shields.
And since Taoqi auto attacks do not scale off of defense she will do paltry damage during that period.
@@aeon5566 the problem is some people really dont see how huge of a disadvantage is by staying 20s on your support,just to get her stuff out. hence this OP comment exisiting.

Does Danjin have any presence in the story at all? Her design and playstyle are top tier, especially for a 4 star, but I cant remember her existing anywhere except for being in my team comp 🤔.

Yup no where to be found in the story as of now. She wasn't even present in that big battle with all the resonators against the all tacet discords. I'd find it funny that Yuanwu showed up despite not even being talked about in the story until that moment
She looks super plain. Almost like an NPC. There's no mention or reference of her in any story sequence.

you can also either (skill basic skill skill) for the mark and (skill basic basic skill skill skill) for more damage and more forte
Basic will not increase your forte, only skill give forte
@@ryujiroyericho4401 he knows, but the first input for skill can act like Basic 1 in her basic attack string. Since you have 1 more skill usage in this combo, you net more forte in general.

441 is actually a great option for Danjin & Calcharo if you plan on using another Unit of their Element in the future cause you can just give your second 4 cost to said Unit when you get good 3 costs and run both on 433 for max dmg. :D

Danjin rocks. Only gripe I have for this is why blur the sequences. I don't wanna go open the game just to read them alongside this.
I've watched severak guides of havoc rover and Danjin and its still not clear to me how to play them both together optimally. Is havoc the better "main" field time character? or Danjin?
Ideally, u need verina, so basically:
1.build verina concerto, trigger her outro
2.swap to Danjin, build her forte n use it
3.swap to Rover, trigger umbra, ult, then echo dreamless
4.rinse & repeat
5.ult whenever u want, preferably to parry, lol
If u have dreamless on Danjin asw, then always use it after casting ult.
Depends on her role, u may or may not change her echo set to moonlit whatever (I forgot), it boost next Chara dmg by 15%

It makes sense for R5 Lumingloss to be better, but I'm quite surprised Commando of Conviction is also better than R5 Sword #18, is it the same for S0 and S6 Danjin?
I've tried the rotation you've recommended at 10:19, however, when starting at 0 Forte, the rotation always comes 10 Ruby Blossom short of completely filling the Forte Meter at 120 Ruby Blossom.
Intro > 2x Skill: 20 Ruby Blossom
Ultimate: 0 Ruby Blossom
3x Basic Attack > 3x Skill: 40 Ruby Blossom
1x Skill > 2x Basic Attack > 3x Skill: 50 Ruby Blossom
Would it be more efficient to fit in 1x Skill after casting her ultimate so she reaches full Forte before Chaoscleave > Scatterbloom?
1x skill instead of a basic attack where you wrote 3x basic 3x skill. The first basic attack in a combo can be replaced with a skill for more dmg and forte.
2x basic 2x skill
1x skill 2x basic 3x skill
1x skill 2x basic 3x skill
The above combo will leave you with full forte

For me Danjin always ends up with less HP after doing her combos and executing the heal. Even if not getting hit. It just drains her HP to 0 eventually. Is this intended?
in terms of realistic dps, would danjin in any circumstance be worth using over other premier dps options like hmc, encore, calc, etc.?
Her overall dps is lower than a decently built 5*
Realistically Danjin is used for her outro buff for hmc, or farm internet points on boss showcases. In tower optimal (1 hp) Danjin is impossible to pull off because you will get hit from stuff off screen or puddles on the ground and die, she is only good vs bosses. The safer version (>50% hp) is fine to play but strictly inferior to hmc as a DPS, and even more so when hmc get all the dupes later on.
Mortefi guide when? You're genuinely the best WuWa guide maker and it kinda baffles me that there's no Mortefi guide. I really want to build him with the right stats cause I've seen so many clears with Jiyan and him

The crazy part ? She is a 4star unit. Imagine a 5star Danjin in the future, damn.
for RC6 danjin better using atk havoc or double havoc
cus her sequence get 30havoc bonus and buff verina also give ele bonus
echo atk and havoc with sequence full buff can get 100% havoc damage
if using double havoc is it not goin overkill bcus havoc dmg bonus more than 100%

9:45 This basically mean if i have a skill issue, the worst thing i get is the dmg from your spreadsheet or let Danjin see their parents... Actually a win win situation 😂

I wanted Danjin. No wait, i really wanted Danjin. Have i said how much i wanted Danjin? Probably not. But the gods of gacha told me to get bent.
110 pulls, 50/50 lost to Calcharo (thank God it wasnt Lingyang) and only got her when i got Jiyan. Obviously also pulled for the weapon, that can be useful for Calcharo too.
I was kinda sad they changed her story from CBT. It was a lot darker.
But Jiyan perfect for me, im too tired from work to actually dodge things when i play, so Jiyan autoparry works wonders. But i do find her hp consumption style interesting. Its a great character to train on: either dodge or get annihilated. I hope she reruns on 1.1. Im more interested in her than the 4 stars.
Important note: For both her 2x skill and 3x skill, you can replace the first basic attack with a single tap of the skill
e.g., Skill Basic Basic Skill Skill Skill for sanguine pulse
I think it was technically included in the video but it wasn't that obvious. It helps build up her Forte faster

Not one time did I feel I overpaid on steam.
DanJin's supposed to have a heal in burst as her S6 and they removed it. That would've been a great qol and they removed it. I think she's great to play solo but in TOA where even a mini flower can kill you in your back is such a stupid design. Her hp lose should've cap @idk mybe 45 - 30 %?
