Sh1te being in there, had 3 stents fitted, 1 first time, 2 to inflate the first one the second time. Long road ahead of you, don't let anyone rush you either. Took me 6 mth the first time to get back to work, I still say I wasn't ready, and i've not been right since second one. In april last year. Doc's say everythings fine with bloods and graphs etc. Physio will be in your recovery soon, take it slowly, but maintain it. It will stop you going backwards like I did. Even if its just a wee walk everyday. It will all help in the end Pal.

Brilliant video guys, me and the mrs were in London for the first time last week, we were going on the tube and we thought if we ran up the platform we had a better chance of a seat when we got there she jumped in and the door closed and i was on the outside 🤦♂🤦♂, anyway the insta pot will be one of the best things you ever bought, it saves time and electricity 🙏🙏

Just done a fish pie in our Cosori air fryer, using your foil to get it back out 15minutes on 195 (just to brown) looks good and saves on the oven !

@butlersempire re the cover on your swing seat.Try getting some clips that are used to stop towels flying off sunbeds and clip the cover to the frame of the swing seat

I have two British made multi cookers, a 3 and a 6litre version.
Last night I used both in the large one I cooked 5lb chicken from frozen in 30 mins that literally was falling from the bones. I finished the chicken off in my halogen to crisp up skin a crisp up potatoes.carrots, Brussels sprouts took 4 mins as chicken and potatoes were finishing in halogen.
I cooked a 5 lb bag of potatoes
Sorry cat decided to post before I finished comment I use them both virtually daily.
Last night as well as chicken ( two dinners for two also packed up for freezer)
Used the chicken stock to make chicken veg and rice soup ( 15 mins max for 5 litre for freezing)
).
After that I cooked 2 packs of butchers mince 10 mins
I separAted the packs one I added root veg diced up the other just minced beef on its own from
The pressure cooker with veg I made one family sized cottage pie using pre cooked mash to top plus two trays enough for two for freezer,
Using the mince that only had chopped onion from other i trayed up had of it for freezing as a start to a simple mince and potato meal. hAlfred the remaining mince added carrot diced very small, chilli powder, chilli flakes spring onions tin of tomatoes squeeze tomato puree 3 cloves of garlic tin of baked beans. Put it back into my small pressure cooker ( British made pro king brand) for ten mins with last batch of mince I made some shortcuts pastry added some garden pea and graVely to mince to make a nice mince round for tomorrow evening's meal for my son and his friends ( students) to take back with them so all they need to is warm it up.
I used the meat from ham hock i had cooked along with some breast of chicken if left to the side and warned both in same pan for 5 mins to get some stock. Halved the meat using one portion i made a white sauce using half term stock tablespoon sunflower little butter clove of garlic then milk and double cream salt pepper to taste once all combined i added glass white wine strayed up two portions enough for two good sized portions when we eat this I will add register pasta ( cooked) into the sauce. The rest I added garden peas too made up a simple sauce will add cream and wine day of eating as this is enough pie filling for large family chicken pie.
By time I had finished cooking ( and husband washing up i has been in kitchen two and half hours had made enough for !y son and his room mates to have decent meals every night for next week Lys ten portions of soup for three for their freezer at uni.
The rest went into our fridge and freezer to use as needed.
Have u thought of trying out the ninja 15 in one pressure cooker and air fryer .? Love ❤ watching you both you always brighten my day

Ninja foodi is a pressure cooker, slow cooker and air fryer and has other functions, I have the 15 in 1 and use it all the time, with a big family to cook for it could work alongside your slow cooker and dual air fryer ❤

Baby Frank is so cute. I've got two grandkids, Eva-Rose 5, & Thomas 3. They are precious, they drive my daughter mad sometimes, but she's a brilliant mam. I love my motors, I currently have a fiesta ST3 which I'm going to keep as ford have stopped making them anymore, the value has already gone up 👍but I'm not parting with it, it's my pride & joy 😃 I'm certainly not buying one of those electric plug in cars, no chance, they're on about power cuts & want people to buy electric cars, go figure, more like they just don't want cars on the road road for their ridiculous net zero green agenda.
