    Forgive me, at time mark 15:45 I had a little laugh at the reflection in your sunglasses lining up perfectly with the irises of your lovely eyes. 😊
    I toured the isle of Sicily many decades ago and so want to make a return visit if only to eat all those delicious offerings. For now I’ll just follow you two about.

      @tarabreslin8110 I didn't notice it before , but we'll spotted 😆
      We hope one day you will be able to come back and enjoy Sicily once again! We are still exploring it ourselves, and we hope you will enjoy it with us ❤️

    Where do you live in Sicily? I live in Castellammare del Golfo for 6 months of the year. I subscribed to your channel today and look forward to your future videos. Ciao, Paul

      Ciao Paul. We live near by, we are based between Balestrate and Alcamo. We love Castellammare, we went there last Saturday❤️ What a beautiful place you chose to live! Maybe one day we could meet up for gelato 😊

      @@SomethingLikeThis1 I'm sorry but I have a cleaning person here right now. I would be free in a couple hours if you guys are still here or I can drive over to Balestrate any time?

    Wow ~ looks delicious. Do they fill them on order to keep the shells fresh? Agreed that simple things are best! Just subscribed. 🥰 Following your journey.

      Cannoli are the best! They use sunflower oil or olio di semi (mixed seed oil). Happy that you liked the video 😃

    Sicilians are pretty much Arab descendents, the food and the culture are identical 😂

      Arabs used to run Sicily, and it definitely left its marks! So, no surprise, there are so many similarities

      Arabs were in Sicily for less than two hundred years and contributed little to the Sicilian genetic pool, they did more so culturally. Genetically Sicilians are mostly siculi, Sicily gets its name from these people, which were an italic native tribe to the island. Also other groups that contributed to the sicilian DNA and cultural pool were the Greeks, Spaniards, French, Normans, and other mainland Italians including Romans. More recently Romanians and other Eastern Europeans are also contributing to their genetics.
