How's the contrast and the black levels? I have an older series 5 Samsung TV from 2010 and when watching with dim lighting, a blank black screen looks more like dark grey.
Contrast is good however when I'm watching at night with no lights on, the screen seems a bit to bright for my eyes but I've not seen a tv that doesnt do that. Dark levels also good. All contrast & brightness levels can be changed within the menu.

Yes i will definitely recommend it. I have this model and its just amazing. Picture quality is very good and the screen is also very bright with accurate colours. Design is also very premium with just 0.3inch bezels. Sound quality is good. Navigation through the menu or smart hub is very smooth thanks to the quad core processor. U can go for this led TV,it worth the money. And u will not regret it.

An engineer came on complaint and he said "The problem is because of dust inside" and said it will cost Rs 18000 to fix it. First I am not satisfied with the reason and second i cant ask for further enginner visit as you have to pay Rs1000 for every visit. This is not acceptable from a gaint company like yours. Customer help is not as effective as it should be. And about durability...better not said... I WONT PREFER ANYONE TO BUY PRODUCT. THEY JUST SELL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE FURTHER PROBLEMS.

Note that its usually not samsung to give aftersales service and rather the shop that you bought it from. My TV still works 100%
Samsung Cheap low performance TV cons: 1- No standard audio out, only optical..means you CANNOT connect an amplifier or audio transmitter. audio output from TV speakers is low quality. 2- Remote is very frustrating and hard to use when you try to type anything on yourtube or surf the web. Samsung did not spend a little extra cents to give customer a querty keyboard on this HUGE but stupid remote. 3- picture is not as bright as SONY or Toshiba. 4- built-in memory is very small and system crash when you watch alot of youtube or surf the net. 5-to connect to wifi it not easy a bit complex and slow. Verdict: Samsung cheap TV overpriced.
hypertuch I connected to the internet w not issue. My complaint only is it was tedious to get my videos from my cell to get sent. all but one....perhaps smaller memory and can u get more memory if needed? I understand it's just a t.v. but I'm curious to see if I can get some memory boost?

I use the HDMI cable to connect my pc to the tv. My andriod tablet connects via wifi to the tv so I'm sure if you have the right software on your pc you wil be able to connect the pc via wifi.
