This week, Arcade1Up FINALLY release some updates to their Marvel vs Capcom 2 cabinet. These quality of life improvements SHOUDL make a difference, but is it enough?

After I updated my cab I got a lot of issues with latency and delay in the other titles. MVC 1 is unplayable and it played the best for so long. Really disappointed Arcade 1up still doesn't have to deal with any of the backlash
I'm definitely not seeing a lot of online players in the other games.
My problem is that I still have hissing audio without headphones… and I just installed the patch yesterday.
I fixed the hiss with a TRRS 3.5mm headphone extension cable male to female aux adapter with volume control off Amazon. I tried a whole bunch of things, but I used this to lower the gain/volume, and it did away with the hissing audio.
I have not been able to get online because of Arcade1ups network has anyone had this issue? They told me it was my PCV and they wanted me to pay $60 for a brand new one. While they were creating a work order since the warranty is outdated, it start working again the 7th day after work order was created so I was like well I'm not about to pay 60 bucks when the game is only not working due to an issue with the network not hardware. So I didn't pay the $60 and then I was not able to get online again, that following day. I'm about to boot my machine up hopefully it's working now with this update
Hi all, I just purchased the MVC2 cab in the UK and already experiancing a problem with it. As soon as I turn it on there is annoying popping sound from the right speaker/channel. It pops 5 or 6 times during the Arcade1up intro alone. The pop noise seems to happen at the end/beginning of a sample of music or sound effects, when a sample is on a loop you can hear the "pop" at the end or beginning of each piece of sound on all games and menus. I have installed the latest update. Also tried with external speaker and headphones and the pop still present coming from the right channel. Have cleaned the connectors and sockets. Please help, can't put up with it like this. Only had it five minutes and not happy with it.
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I'm not sure what could be the cause, so would recommend submitting a ticket if you haven't already to see what their CS team says

Bee, please push for a dragons lair patch. It's long over due
While I agree it's something I'd love to see, I don't realistically see it as something A1up would spend time and money to update. Mainly because it's not WiFi enabled so doing a patch would require a manual process to access the PCB to update. This in itself could cause additional user error issues, and the overall demand and quantity for this cab is lower than their other cabs.
I would frickin love for DL to be 100% perfect with audio and sound too, but not gonna hold out hope for this one 😞
@KongsRUs ya but they did updates via USB before their wifi arcades came along.
Watch them re-release a wifi version lol 😆
@TheBigb1973 yah, I think a pac man and Outrun update, but not many other update options since WiFi cabs came out.
I like the random stages, but they should have removed the desert stage for being a tiresome
TLDR: No, it's still a hot mess. Fightcade is Supreme. And free.
