When I played AoE3 (vanilla) my buddy and I would do double brits with VC and the team house build time to mega boom. We sucked, but it was funny and fun.
hey guys, what is the counter unit to mounted grenadiers (argentina units when u revolt as spain). They seem to have no counter, curissiers, skirms, pikes, dragons and cannons all get MELTED by them. Also they destroy buildings and kill vills like oprishniks. So whats the answer if in a 20min treaty, spain revolts and just masses them
You said it's more about 3v3 matches. What about 2v2? How would it differ speaking of deck? I regularly play 2v2 with my friend, and I'm struggling with balancing my decks out between more 1v1 focused and team games. Also, avoiding melee, are you sure? Probably depends on what civ team mates play, but we won more matches when I focused on melee somewhat, as my friend likes to produce rockets as British, and we come up to enemies that do mass cav pretty often. I know muskets would work too as for defending rockets, but halberds/samurai worked better for us. I'd love devs to give melee some more love, especially that there is the snare mechanic in the game. More speed upgrades, especially at least one in non-advanced Arsenal. In SCII, there is a passive that makes Zealot melee units move faster temporarily, and also an upgrade that makes them charge. I know these are different RTS games, so I probably shouldn't compare them, but it'd be just a nice addition to the game, and would make easier to counter mass dragoons.
As Japanese, yabusame might be better to defend rockets vs cav, since they got good range resist, better range and nice multipliers vs artillery (so rockets can focus on other things)

why even upload that game, such a pathetic game, you must have played with low lvl fresh accounts. while red was clearly their only player. you got a russian player FFing with zero units.. just play an actual game so we can see this "build"
His account is decent (1700 elo), it's just matchmaking for team games is bad. I got paired (1500 team elo) with 2 noobs (1000 - 1200 team elo) against 3 chad guys who are in TOP50. Needless to say we got steamrolled and it wasn't even fun.
@@silmaril96 but its a casual game, do people even que up for 3v3 ranked? you get to choose who you play with and against or atleast try to minimize bad players in the lobby
You can ship the card that gives the entire team improved gathering and still have heavenly kami as your 2nd shipment down in time for shrine booming following starting your wonder
His goal was shrine boom and not using wood to build tps. Plus he didn't even know if the map would have trading posts or other friendly civs would be better at having TO than Japan (Spain, Aztec, Turkey) .So this card was far from essential.

Worst feeling ever is when you get paired with an Inca player. Not saying the civ is bad, its just typically the player being the civ is garbage.
