Great observation of my country and professionally laid out in this video. Wrong about the coffee. Italian esspresso and machiato are very popular now. Turkish coffee or to put it better Albanian coffee (because if you go to Turkey you will notice Turkish people drink Turkish tea more than coffee nowadays) used to be popular in Albania before 1990's and nobody roasts the coffee like Albanians.
