So, what do you think about the mill now that you've got it assembled and operational? I'm debating on a 27 rather than a Woodland Mills. Would love to hear what you think.
@@OffGridFromTheGroundUp there are too many things that should have been addressed by the company before bringing these to market. It appears to have been rushed.
@@OffGridFromTheGroundUp if you are buying it as a stationary unit without the trailer, you may have better luck than I did. The mill itself is built well and most of my issues stemmed from the trailer. Assembly was challenging due to poor instructions. The consumables like roller guide bearings don't seem to last very long. I will be replacing mine when it warms up. Customer service was a challenge since only one employee knew how to answer technical questions about these mills. If you are considering it, I would call Norwood as a year has passed and I'm sure the employees are more up to speed. I will say that I was always able to speak to someone when I called and they were always pleasant.

I think I'd spend the extra for a Woodmizer. Just my personal opinion.

How much was shipping?
$217 for mine. About 100 miles from their warehouse.
