Back in 1976 my first husband use to beat me up, and when I say beat me up I mean my face would look swollen and distorted. Well when the police were called by a neighbor, they would come to my home and say '' lady we didn't see him hit you''. Even though I would be standing there bleeding and broken. Many young wives died back then till the law was changed, today it may not look like it sometimes but things regarding these problems are handled much better. I remarried and have a wonderful husband of 38 years.

Web searches show she googled Amber Frey to see if she could make money off of her affair. She acted cold when told of the deaths and had her father present so the detectives couldn't ask questions and he answered several of them on her behalf. There was a shorter unidentified person in a hoodie the night of their deaths seen on the neighbor's ring app and a different neighbor described her truck being parked nearby the same night. The thick hair band she always wore on her wrist (identified in many pix of her) was found in the daughter's room the night of the murders. She may not have killed them but she is in some way culpable.

Can confirm. Had a loved one in prison (federal-same prison as Whitey Bulger in fact) who was ordered to help beat a guy by his shot caller. He had no beef with the guy, but if he didn't do what he was told, he'd be next. Wound up spending the rest of his sentence in the SHU. All it take is one or 2 guys with nothing to lose or one order by a shot caller to take out Chris Watts.

Your are cuffed /shackled for all movement. Even your recreation time can be in a cage. Essentially limiting ur contact with other prisoners.

He deserves every second of Hell that he's getting. I felt sick when I heard about the love letters, thinking that he would be romanticized the way Ted Bundy was. I bet he wishes he filed for divorce instead of doing what he did. The way he humiliated Shannon and his children, brutalized them, and smiled when he was pleading for anyone to come forward to confess to the crimes that he committed, his children loved him and he only saw them as obstacles. The karma he pays comes with interest.
My son did time in Westville Indiana. I told him I don’t believe child killers/rapists and pedophiles get delt with in prison because I never see it in the news. I just watched a video someone in the prison he's at did a interview and told them Chris is very very quiet. He stays to himself he don't talk to anybody except the people he met when he first got locked up. He reads his Bible everyday and goes to Bible studies. He's in a cell by himself and nobody messes with him. But mentally he's doing horrible. His hair is falling out he just looks bad.

He got moved out of Colorado for his safety and then we read he’s being viewed as a spiritual leader of sorts in his Wisconsin prison, has inmates asking him for Bible verses, etc. It was sickening and I couldn’t figure why the inmates there wouldn’t care about him killing his two little girls and pregnant wife, particularly disposing of a three and four year old in oil tanks. Not too long ago I read that he’d gotten written up for giving some of his underwear allotment to another inmate. I shoulda picked up that was an extortion thing, not a willingness on his part to get in trouble on behalf of some poor inmate who didn’t have any underwear. Duh, me. The tide it has a changed, as they say. It’s good to hear and great to know how the system works. When he arrived I imagine the CO’s were read the riot act by the warden and no telling the changes made, because no warden would’ve wanted a finger laid on that guy with the media watching and at Watts’ beck and call.

I was employed in a psychiatric facility that was home to some violent patients, especially when they were off their meds. I wonder if CW is medicated, maybe an antidepressant.

As a person who's had brothers & uncles incarcerated at various facilities, both State & Federal prisons, I know what you're saying is true. I've been a frequent visitor, at many of them. However, I have difficulty with the many deaths & violence inmates experience on a day-to-day basis. It's one thing to incarcerate someone, it's another when their incarceration includes daily torture & fear. And NO, none of my relatives were subjected to this barbaric treatment. I'd be very interested in your views regarding making prisons safer. Personally, I've thought about it for many years & I've yet to come up with an idea. For now, I'm only referring to prisoners who were convicted of nonviolent crimes. No pedophiles.

She said if he prioritized his kids she didn't want anything to do with him. She researched their marriage (Shannan on fb) before she instigated an affair with him. Web searches show she googled Amber Frey to see if she could make money off of her affair. She acted cold when told of the deaths and had her father present so the detectives couldn't ask questions and he answered several of them on her behalf. There was a shorter unidentified person in a hoodie the night of their deaths seen on the neighbor's ring app and a different neighbor described her truck being parked nearby the same night. The thick hair band she always wore on her wrist (identified in many pix of her) was found in the daughter's room the night of the murders. She may not have killed them but she is in some way culpable.

Can confirm. Had a loved one in prison (federal-same prison as Whitey Bulger in fact) who was ordered to help beat a guy by his shot caller. He had no beef with the guy, but if he didn't do what he was told, he'd be next. Wound up spending the rest of his sentence in the SHU. All it take is one or 2 guys with nothing to lose or one order by a shot caller to take out Chris Watts.

Your are cuffed /shackled for all movement. Even your recreation time can be in a cage. Essentially limiting ur contact with other prisoners.

We had something similar to what you described happen last month here in Canada to an inmate by the name of Robert Pickton. This dude spent 20 years in prison only to be shanked by another inmate. I will not describe how sadistic Robert Pickton was because I don't want to be flagged and have my comment removed by TH-cam. If anyone ever decides to read up or watch any TH-cam video on Robert Pickton, I would advise you not to watch or read while eating. That was how sickening his crime was

I just watched a video someone in the prison he's at did a interview and told them Chris is very very quiet. He stays to himself he don't talk to anybody except the people he met when he first got locked up. He reads his Bible everyday and goes to Bible studies. He's in a cell by himself and nobody messes with him. But mentally he's doing horrible. His hair is falling out he just looks bad.

Wow, if you have the proof of that, turn it over to the police. The pinging of the cell tower has been explained by there only being two in the area and that she could have pinged off that tower on her way to work. The vehicle that was seen was it her vehicle or was she driving her a truck that day. Too bad they didn't get a license plate. Yes, I have seen the very grainy footage that "Armchair Detective" kept pushing and really it doesn't show that as definitive proof. Everyone hates NK because she was dating Chris, and he was married, and she may have been checking Shannan out on Facebook. She is a homewrecker. Chris is the only homewrecker here. The bottom line is Chris was the married man. He took vows with Shanann. The rest of the world did not take vows with Chris and Shannan. It was his responsibility and his alone to keep it zipped up. Nk would not be the first woman in this world to be sleeping with a married man.

As a person who has never been to Prison or jail. Here is a genius idea stay out of trouble. Then you won't have to go to jail or prison. It doesn't take a person to be smart to figure that out. It just takes common sense to figure that out.

He got moved out of Colorado for his safety and then we read he’s being viewed as a spiritual leader of sorts in his Wisconsin prison, has inmates asking him for Bible verses, etc. It was sickening and I couldn’t figure why the inmates there wouldn’t care about him killing his two little girls and pregnant wife, particularly disposing of a three and four year old in oil tanks. Not too long ago I read that he’d gotten written up for giving some of his underwear allotment to another inmate. I shoulda picked up that was an extortion thing, not a willingness on his part to get in trouble on behalf of some poor inmate who didn’t have any underwear. Duh, me. The tide it has a changed, as they say. It’s good to hear and great to know how the system works. When he arrived I imagine the CO’s were read the riot act by the warden and no telling the changes made, because no warden would’ve wanted a finger laid on that guy with the media watching and at Watts’ beck and call.

I was employed in a psychiatric facility that was home to some violent patients, especially when they were off their meds. I wonder if CW is medicated, maybe an antidepressant.

prisons, I know what you're saying is true. I've been a frequent visitor, at many of them.
However, I have difficulty with the many deaths & violence inmates experience on a day-to-day basis.
It's one thing to incarcerate someone, it's another when their incarceration includes daily torture & fear.
And NO, none of my relatives were subjected to this barbaric treatment.
I'd be very interested in your views regarding making prisons safer. Personally, I've thought about it for many years & I've yet to come up with an idea. For now, I'm only referring to prisoners who were convicted of nonviolent crimes. No pedophiles.
