The first dress looked so glamorous on the bride; that train was to die for! 😍 But I hated that they chose something out of her budget, on the FIRST dress. UK really need to step up their game.
She looked great in both dresses, but the first one physically suited her more. That being said, the first one is definitely not church appropriate, so she made the right decision. 👏👏👏
I don't think the first one suited her at all. She's already a very thin bride & that top just made her look even more skeletal. The second one was the right blend of appropriate for a church, fun for a festival, and flattering on her figure.

Consider your guests. Some of them might not be so approving if they grew up in a more modest era. Personally, I think it’s stupid to go to church half naked. It’s offensive. You can party afterwards all you want, but have respect if you’re marrying in a church.

Those guests are aware they're going to a wedding not set in that era and that they are guests to someone else's event. Even something like a bride wearing white had nothing to do with purity as we've come to make it sound, but that rich people could afford white things cause they could afford to get it cleaned. There was a time where you didn't even dress up when you went to church period. I don't think anything in this video goes as far as "half-dressed." I think it's good to be honesty about why things are the way they are, and it has little to do with God or Jesus themselves.

When I bought my dress they discouraged me from trying on things out of my budget. My mom saw one on a picture in the store and they said no because it was well over. Now the one I did end up picking was over budget but y’all gotta consider they need alterations too! I was lucky my mom fixed mine as she’s been sewing her whole life so that wasn’t an issue. These workers are rude pulling stuff out of budget right away and not even saying so!

The first dress was quite bare with the low front and open sides, but since she is smaller chested nothing was hanging out or popping out indecently so she might have made it work for church with a veil for some extra coverage, and the skirt and train in the first dress was glorious!

I was worried she would have Troubles to decide, but well - maybe she really needed all the other Dresses to try them on first. Now she must know there is nothing out there she quite don't knows about! Cute frome the Team that they reacted on it and gave her something unusual! ❤🧡💛
They're not less expensive, I think it's pounds being a higher currency that makes it look that way, but if you had to convert the price in US dollars, it would probably come down to the same amount. And it's easy to get fooled by that when you travel there, I did twice. And I'm European so the currency I use is euro, and although it's a higher currency than $, it still is doesn't reach £. So when I was there I had to be extra careful to always do my math correctly before I bought something, because at the time, 1£ was like 1,5€, so whatever the price announced in £ was, it would be increased by half the amount when deduced from my European bank account. Last time I went there, it wasn't that expensive anymore with Brexit and everything, but was still like 1£ = 1,2€. I have no idea how much that would convert to in US $, all I know is € is still higher but I don't know the exact ratio of 1€ being converted in $.
