The father should get custody of his children because he seems like a good man and I know that he will be a good father.
It's not easy for a man to get sole custody of the kids. The mother has to be a literal danger to the child or neglectful. I wouldn't take her child from her but I'd press charges which would give him temporary custody due to the fact that they'd arrest her but she'd be able to bond right out... Guys always try to take custody 😂 not happening, especially not just because she lied on you. She is incredibly wrong for that but as long as she is taking care of her kids like she is supposed to NO judge would see fit to remove her child from her custody but they will make her share custody. It's always some idiot in the comments wishing somebody kids would get taken. That's not something you just throw around... Chill.

She sat there and cried about how she was SA, and then lied and accused an innocent man of doing that and it infuriates me. I actually went through that’s from 5-16 and I would NEVER make up a story about another Roman hurting my child, because I KNOW what it does to someone. I never say this, EVER, because I don’t want to say a victim is lying, but I have a huge feeling that she never went through that for the sole reason that the pain and damage done to a child, a victim is so horrendous, that even the thought of my child being touched would send me off the deep end. I’d be calling the cops ASAP, I’d be having her checked out, and I know those exams are really intrusive, but I would need to know and make sure she didn’t contract any STDS and have an internal damage.

When I first saw this clip prior to the episode airing… I had a strong feeling she was lying. All the same listening to her side, was very cringing. I’m not minimizing her being a victim herself. But mom is very unstable & bitter. He’s a bigger man/person than most to still want to co-parent, because in my opinion… he needs to have full/sole custody. thing is, every time kids have multiple bruises or injuries, they always show many different images on this show- we are only seeing one of the same image of the childs neck. He's also really calm.
