@@s2ndragon2 difference is that Den when he gets multiple tries to get a perfect round definitely has more melodic and enjoyable rounds, but d-low is a live battler, and he has proven that he’s the best multiple times. I enjoy zen more though
Yeah.... Dlow is built different, every beatboxer will attest that his skill is unbelievable. What I love about watching Dlow's stuff is that if you see him doing reactions and stuff on youtube he's the nicest and most chill guy in the world, but as soon as he enters a battle he becomes the literal reaper. At this point it seems like he does more judging than battles because he's just that op that if he enters, he's going to the quarter-finals at the LEAST. He also has such a ridiculous sound kit, he's able to do more sounds than most, and he's able to do them better than most. It's not hard to see why in generality, he's often unanimously considered the best.
Love this whole video and the seeding round made me want to start beatboxing and i have been practising for a year now and loving every minute. D-Low is widely considered the best beatboxer right now due to his ability to be technical, musical, have a wide variety of styles and sounds, and he has almost infinite routines he can do. However, many other beatboxers excel in one of these areas even more than D-Low. My personal favorite Is Den right now he is currently competing in the BBU competition which is a great competition to watch in general but Den's round are some of the best musical beatbox pieces ever released
D-low is like the superman of beatboxing. Others may do stuff a bit better like the flash being faster, Wonder Woman being a better fighter, Batman being smarter, etc. but he still manages to be so good at every aspect of beatboxing that he’s the greatest superhero (beatboxer) alive like superman is considered to be
