    @19:10 You have for sure a very positive attitude with everything, I admire that. With a punctured tire I would have gotten angry and would have probably been cursing. You are really a good guy. God bless.

    I always carry a plug kit in the glove box and a 12 volt air pump also. I don't know how many times I have plugged a tire on the side of the road, better then calling a tow truck. I enjoy watching your videos, keep up the great videos.

    Carry a few screws with you just in case you get another puncture. They'll stay in long enough and keep the air from leaking out while you are getting where you need to go.

      Yeah I'd keep like 2 plug kits in the center console and small air compressor or a tank of compressed air. Most people dont know but plugs last a lifetime I had a honda accord wagon and I used to scrap in it and I had one tire with 3 plugs and one with 2 and they literally lasted until I sold the car a year later

I crammed everything into my little SUV. Made myself a pretty 154$ :) Thanks for the learning materials, definitely helps me stay afloat during this pandemic, peace and love from the USA!

      1kg = $1.00 USD
      2.2 lbs = $1.00
      1 lbs = $0.45
      So the 38 cents you get in your area, Ben got 45 cents.
      Ben got $90 for his aluminum, the same amount would have netted you $74

    I always like to have a plug in my truck, especially after going to the scrap yard, so I can plug it on the spot. Of course the scrap yard is 30 miles from my home too! I'd have the plug ready when I pull it out and I try to keep as much air as possible in the tire!!
    Most plugs I've put in has lasted the lifetime of the tread of the tire!!
    Have a Great Day My Friend!!!

First time I had the service station do it but this last time I decided to buy the kit. It wasn't bad to do, I did remove the tire because I just could not get the right leverage to push the tools in.

    Having visited Manhari myself recently.I get the feeling there's a price gap between being an ABN Vs Non ABN holder. That or they have some price structure based on quantity (more you have the higher the rate.). $3kg/$2.10kg.........Insulated copper. $1.80kg/$1.20kg for low grade cable. clean brass $5.60/$4.50. Domestic Aluminium $1.30kg/0.80c Kg Am i right or are Manhari selectively ripping people off?

  • @Mobliz
    @Mobliz 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    For any scrappers in the USA, you can simply take his price in AUD/kg and divide by 3 to get an idea of what hes being paid in USD/lb.
    Formula I used:
    2.2 lbs in 1 kg
    0.74 USD in 1 AUD
    Let AUD/kg equal A, USD/lb equal U.
    U = (A/2.2)*0.74
    U = (0.74/2.2)A
    U = A / (2.2/0.74)
    U = A / 2.97297
