Judge Funmi Asaolu is fantastic. However, in the case of the man that impregnated a lady when both of them were students at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and eventually abandoned the woman,I am of the opinion that the judgement was unfair to the lady. I really pity the woman because the man really cheated the woman despite the fact that the woman has three(3) children for the man. I nearly wept! How can the man be so mean and get away with it?Did the man bring a lawyer to intimidate the woman and other people?
You are wrong and I think you should watch it again, the man did not bring a lawyer, the lawyer said he is from the child right department not a lawyer to her husband, he came to testify that they had earlier invited the woman to come and prove her case against her husband but she refused to cooperate.
On issueof Debola in Abuja, that promised to marry and later abandoned the woman ,judge Fumim seem on unfair by not aportioning any blame to the man that is deceiveful,the man really manipulated the woman he ,just needed children and turned her to a baby machine ,he may not earn the respect of the children ,he will needs to win the mother first .
It's good to always view Judge Funmi's judgement from the legal position because her decisions are strictly in consideration of the law not mere sentiments.
