I recall climbing the Lost Valley as a child: there was a gigantic block up there with ‘the Devil’s footprints’ on it. ❤. Snowpoles still alongside the road. Is there still the full Highland dress Piper at the western end?
It's an incredible place to walk and drive through but I personally prefer to enter after leaving Rannoch moor behind so the sun isn't in my eyes. Even if I'm going up to the east side of the highlands I'll always take the A82 up to Spean Bridge and then cut across via the A86 to the A9 at Kingussie. It's a much prettier run than along past Loch Ness. I'll be doing it all again at the end of October.
Another fantastic video thank you, I'm favourite place and you captured it beautifully, glad they have improved the car park at the 3 sisters magical place just love it
One of the very best films ive seen of this route...thanks so much for sharing mate....am working my way through aa of your films!👍👍👏👏👏👏🙏❤️
Thanks again Andy, another cracker coming on Friday. Stunning views ❤️🏴
Brilliant , I’ll be up there in June can’t wait to be back 👍🦌🌲
It’s a fabulous place Chrissy, have a great time!
Another brilliant video, well done again.
Thanks mate 👌🏻
It best east to west. The opposite means you are leaving the highlands behind and going home. .
I like your thinking John!

@@coasttocoast23 great! I think the son took over years ago: hope they’re still playing when I make a road trip next May!

That’s a beautiful drive up there John. Might feature it on the channel soon.. I’m often up Kingussie/ Aviemore way. Love it.
You need to clean the screen to stop the camera focusing on the muck! 😊
Needs to stop waving the mic around too as the sound can be challenging 😁
Apologies, never realised at the time!
