1:07:07 rental house can be considered an asset because it generates income through rental payments, and its value can appreciate over time. On the other hand, a non-rental house, also known as a primary residence, is considered a liability because it requires ongoing expenses such as mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance, without generating any rental income.
Undoubtedly a great conversation in all terms...!! Questions, the way it presented, your genuine approach towards the topic all needs an appreciation and its also highly engaging. Lots of unknown facts got through this podcast about Tax & GST. Thank u so much. Keep going chechi ❤❤❤❤
Aparna chechi I like ur podcast..basically I don't watch podcasts but ur channel is really amazing....and also the choosing of guest's is really informative.....keep going..u will really become successful..i really appreciate ur efforts
I have to say, the questions are well drafted for layman's perspective & outstanding presentation. Your passion truly shines through, making the podcast a joy to listen to.. It was incredibly insightful! Abhay's deep dive into tax planning perspective was both enlightening and easy to understand. I appreciate the way you break down complex tax concepts and make them accessible for everyone. Your passion and expertise truly shine through, making it a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the intricacies of taxes. Keep up the amazing work!
One of the best and finest podcasts I’ve experienced so far! The rapport between you two is remarkable, and I thoroughly enjoy watching podcasts. This one has become my personal favorite. The podcast quality is top-notch 👍Thank you so much, Aparna, for inviting Abhay; I had been eagerly waiting to see him featured in a podcast! a great fan of his content, found this session to be a pure delight, filled with so much valuable informations. A heartfelt thanks to both of you-time flew by, and I’m looking forward to more outstanding podcasts from you, Aparna ✨❤️🤗
Nice interview but try to keep 3 camera angles like last podcast ....that was more beautiful.......... people gets bored by watching just 2 angles ....they shall prefer using headphones and listen to audio rather watching videos....different camera angles will keep them watching video
Rich dad poor dad says if you buy a house with debt it is a liability. But if you can buy a hosue without debt, it bocomes an investment. I agree to that statement. We should diversify our investment to reduce risk. Precious metals, real estate, stocks etc...
Hi sir, thanks for your comment. I was intending to discuss the TDS concept under income tax law, where we can claim a refund if eligible. Since it's a speedy continuous discussion, my words may have initiated a doubt as you mentioned. Thanks for bringing it forward. However, the concept I was talking about was TDS, not professional tax. Thanks once again!❤

Bro, I liked your comment. But I have two things to tell you. One, of course, I am a Chartered Accountancy finalist with just one group pending to clear. The rest is already done and dusted. Also, to add, I have qualified my CA Foundation and CA Intermediate on the first attempts. It is not that I can't pass this course; I am not completing it because I purposefully delayed it for numerous reasons. Do you really think I am writing the CA Final second group and failing? It is not the case, brother. I haven't even tried to write the last group. I started teaching CA students at the age of 20. I started my own tax consultancy firm at the age of 20. I was building my own tax brand throughout these years. And today you can see what it is. So, do you really think passing this exam is a big deal for me?😂 Second thing, I can criticize exam-passed Chartered Accountants. You know why? Qualified Chartered Accountants come to me to get clients; they come to me to ask tax-related doubts; they outsource GST-related work to me if they can't solve the issue. So in such a case, I have all the right to criticize such Chartered Accountants.😊 To summarize, brother, in the real world of taxation, it is not the prefix that matters. It is the knowledge that matters. I know many classic tax experts in India who are not Chartered Accountants. If I have the audacity to make this statement on public platforms, you should think about the confidence that I have in my work. It came through the efforts I put in, my dear. It didn't happen overnight. Anyway, you will see the prefix CA soon before my name, even though it is not fascinating much to me. Thanks for your comment, dear.❤
