You did the right thing Rush. The lessons you learned during the process is invaluable.
It is difficult to place a monetary value on lessons learned especially since the lessons will last you a lifetime and transcend beyond your own life since hundreds or even thousands of others have learned because of your experience. The knowledge transfer is phenomenal.
You sharing the lessons learned along the way is priceless.
    No regrets, only lessons.

The law and order works if you are willing to pay the Judge and prosecutors and the police.. I went through the same experience and the reason the land scammer got caught was me continously paying the police and the court to do their job.

Now that you have the Judgment, you should put a chain link fence with electric wires around the front so you can lock up your property at night when you get everything cleaned & machines functional etc!

Well congratulations, you fought and won 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿, in it for the long game, ive had land issue that took over 6yrs to resolve but won in the end resulting in an almost completed building being demolished, yes it was tiring but the value of the land now has appreciated much much more that if the money was sat in the bank, once you know you have purchased through the correct channels you will definitely win in the end if you dont run out of patience 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿

    Lovely video.
Just wanted to comment on the merit of your decision.
At times we all have to make sacrifices for the greater good.
Economics dictates that the latter of your decision would have been the right thing.
Having decided to take the guy on, demonstrates your resilience to challenges which you cannot put a value on.
The benefit of what you did, will become apparent, maybe not directly related to the current venture, but other aspects of your journey.
Again, cannot place an economic value on your decision.
    So, Kudos to you.
