    You hit the nail @15:24. I would never pay 100% upfront for land in Ghana even after I have done a search. The only way to really know is when you take possession and no other person shows up to lay claim. The same seller on the land search may have sold it to different people around the same time.

    Glad you finally sorted it out brother. Everything for a reason. Here in the UK it is just as corrupt, the only difference is they sugarcoat it and make it look pretty 😅 Courts, churches its all the same

    Always see this Guy to be a hero in Africa about no matter how hard he keeps pushing. I strongly believe in you to make a better chance here in Ghana. Solving the problem of the fear people have in purchasing lands here in Ghana by making sure you get them their lands and get their works done God Bless you.

    Wow, what a chilling story Rush. Congrats on getting your land back. I am really surprised a Rev Minister of no mean church like the Methodist Church will make you go through this ordeal. Would be glad to get his name as I am willing to report this to the top hierarchy of the church. This is very disappointing and he must be called out for this wrong.

      Hierarchy? Please! In Ghana? They all are of the same scamming cloth. I am so happy that this young man stood his ground and got his land back.

    What the two things to demand when buying a land in Ghana?

    • @semexdaniel45
      @semexdaniel45 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      First and foremost do ur background checks whether the land title whether it belongs to a chief or a family.
      Secondly u should tip someone genuine who works at Lands commission to check whether the land belongs to government or private personal,demand for land indenture and don't forget to involve a lawyer

      It doesn’t matter what you do, someone will always tip up and claim ownership of your land. You can buy a genuine land. It’s either a rich man who can pay his way to get your land or a woman who can please the lands commission. Women tend to be the difficult ones due to the extent they can go.

      He pays. It’s a business expense for him. This is what he does for a living. Some people give up and pay. I am sure he is still profitable that is why he keeps doing it.

    The court should let the so called Reverent compensate you for all the money that you have lost. This is the only thing that will stop people like that from practicing such fraudulent behavior. Imagine, a leader of the church doing such things. And on a Sunday morning he stand behind the sacred desk to preach the word of God. These people have no fear for God. He forgot that one day he will die, and meet his maker. Shameless man!
