And for the foundation between 120k- 220k cedis for cement, steel, blocks, stone, sand, quarry dust, damp proofing which was not cheap but necessary, plumbing and other miscellaneous materials, wood, gas to run the generator to supply the water, rental of the cement machine, transportation to deliver materials and equipments and labor cost. Hope this sums it up for you in many sense. I didn't skip on quality products for my home
