awkward layout... why place the dining and kitchen on the 2nd floor? lights does not look good with the overall look for the kitchen and master bathroom, should be at the ground floor, no one wants the smell of food too close to your bedrooms. finishes and accents are too much, it looks too busy. even the water tank should be hidden behind the house. the only good thing about this house is the facade. and the presentation is also good. goodluck selling this overpriced house
This is a masterpiece but overly prized. It doesn't even have a swimming pool nor an elevator.

..no airconditioning system /ac units for the house ? .. the developer forgot this very important detail ..if this house is not yet sold at this time.. that may be the reason .. so much hassle etc in installing ac units .. the dust .. the noise etc ...sayang ... maganda yung bahay amd the materials used .. i also liked the 2nd floor dining/kitchen concept .. tsk tsk
To me the geometry of main staircase design doesn't compliment of the main entrance/ Living space areas.

The house is built with really nice materials but Ph houses have the same template/layout/design. When you walk inside most Ph Houses, it’s the same. Unlike houses I’ve watched in Singapore, the designs are really well thought off. Very efficient and really built for the needs of the homeowners. Try watching Design Seed channel.
The price is high but no swimming pool and the colors of the house inside is sad.. The stairs going to 3rd floor is impressive

145M? for a house w/o a pool, not even a big garden, no elevator & ACU (magbubutas pa). Dining and kitchen at the 2nd floor? Good luck to senior citizens. This house has already been featured b4 by other brokers and has been in the market for almost or over a year now.
