A house with electric fence for more security, smart door lock on the main entrance and on master bedroom for more privacy, and automated blinds, it is a modern house indeed😊 About the color of the house and furnitures, it was a great choice na black, white and wooden brown kasi it made the interior and exterior of the house na neat, simple but still classy and modern. It is a great idea also na instead of walls ay glass enclosure ang ginawa para mas mukhang spacious ang bahay. I also love the balcony and attic of this house kasi sobrang spacious,so pag binili mo yung bahay na to, you can still put those furnitures and fixtures you want to add. A very nice house & Lot indeed 👌 I like everything except the hand rails, I would have them covered with nara wood, I believe they would be a lot safer than the bare glass especially for kids & old folks, so yes this part I would seek to negotiate with the owner, also all the gym gear, not for me I'm afraid 😀

The house has alot of high-end finishes, but not enough outdoor areas because the owner wanted it to be an enclosed fortress. Parang condo living on a residential lot...

Casa Milan is more than safe. it’s an exclusive neighbourhoodcelebs and politicians live there, don’t you think the owner WOULDVE thought of that before building a beautiful house😂 come on now? maybe that’s just the vibe they want or they want to be extra safe?
