Slight correction: the Swimming pool is 10meters in length and not 10meters deep.
The depth is 4 Feet.

Noice! Good thing I took what Julia said back there with a grain of salt. I would find it highly unlikely for a home to have such extremely deep pool unless all of the residents are competitive water sports enthusiasts/participants like Tom Daley.
I still respect Julia's ability to present these wonderful houses, nonetheless.

This is such a beautiful house. That first bedroom? Breathtaking.
The stucco cement walls are 👌👌👌. They nailed the industrial style so well, kulang na lang ng red bricks.
i don't think red bricks would go well with the theme of the house
Exactly what I wanted for a dream house a gorgeous layout and perfectly siituated on a lot with a view of the mountain..
Out of the hundred videos or so that I've seen from Presello, this house has catapulted to my top 5 (if not my actual top 1). It's almost perfect. Even more so than the mansions they show from Ayala Alabang and such. I just love every detail of this. The first scene with Julia sitting by the infinity pool sold me from the very beginning.
Sorry, need to wipe the remaining drool off my face. LOL.

beatiful industrial type of home the kind that has a considerable utility and laundry area. Very exhausting tour coz it has a basement. Thank you again Julia & the Presello team for touring us to quality homes.
This type of mountain/hill side home is truly the dream. 2 storey home from the front, but really more floors to show below.
It started with the Padma Hotel in Bandung, then the Escala Hotel in Tagaytay, and I guess the epitome was the Architect's home featured by Fitnessscape Creative Studio. Even the new project Slater Young is working on in Cebu if featuring it.
This project has a flatter slope compared to the examples, but it did help in having a bigger floor area on the top floors without having to make too much special support.
I'd say good areas with opportunities to build something like this are so limited in Metro Manila, which makes them much more rare. QC bordering Marikina like in Ayala Heights is one. San Juan and maybe Pasig Kapitolyo might be one.

Pero pansin ko lang after the main door right after the first roo., there is few steps going down. I guess the architect or the designer forgot to put something na baka may mahulog. Pwede sana lagyan ng accent or markings.

The cement type finish po madam julia is stucco finish po. It's actually quite famous for quite some time but not necessarily well made or refined like most. It's nice to see it in expensive houses like this.

What a good looking house this is. With so much view but I wouldn't envy those huge window/door glass panels. We have so much rain and stuff with hard water and will mark these things fast. Well if you have this house, you have unlimited money so that's okay. At first view, it looked like Tanay or Antipolo but Quezon City? What a lovely home this is 😍 again. I'm also just imagining using binoculars to see people get flooded down the view of rizal during the rainy season

Ganda nang bahay kaso 2 downsides lang (1) congested yung place, dikit2 mga bahay (2) glasses everywhere, yes nakakadagdag sya for design aesthetic, kaso dahil dikit2 nga, parang compromise yung privacy. Ganda sana if reflective glass or tented. Yun bang sa loob kita labas, pero sa labas di kita yung loob.

I've always wanted a home like this. It features a large balcony, an infinity pool, and a wonderful mountain view. This property is magnificent due to the warm ambiance, white walls, and wood accents. In addition, the house's layout is well-planned. It motivates me to work hard so that I can own this property, hehe. Finally, Julia, as always, does a fantastic job presenting. Congratulations, Presello!!
My aunt lives in Ayala Heights and honestly it feels like it’s not in the Philippines, so much land per house…tapos paglabas mo sa Balara kita mo siksikan mga tao sa kabilang side ng daan, back in the PH =))

I've seen this house, great video editing not showing the multi-level decrepit house at the left side of the pool. What a feast for that neighbors eyes seeing guests swimming in what could have been a private and relaxing pool area...if only that tree would have blocked that portion of the backyard. Very nice house in a very dangerous location when the west valley fault moves as the village is on top of the fault line. It will be worthless when 7.5 quake strikes.

@@douglascollison6098 yes it will. Even with no large earthquakes, microquakes ang slowly magbitak sa floors and walls. Some of the houses in valle verde has floor and wall cracks in thier houses.

I think the reason why the smaller bedroom have smaller windows on the upper side of the wall is because it is facing west and to still allow a bit of the sunlight but not directly towards the user.

Seems like it's not a QC mansion! Parang nasa Beverly Hills lang or any other California located homes! Mountainous and very nature friendly yung feel. No need to buy a rest house outside the metro coz that view of the Sierra Madre mountains already gives the owner a relaxing experience living there. Napaka swerte ng magmamay-ari ng property na 'to. 😊

Have you been to Beverly Hills, north of Santa Monica Blvd? houses there are sitting in over a thousand sqm lot. and not 2 meters apart from the next house, and by far not a mansion.
