Hindi pa kunektado yang daan na pinakita mo from the Alveo condo towers (High Park and Orean Place) all the way sa likod ng Solaire at harap ng Seda Hotel last time nandiyan kami; ngayon eh, pwede na lakarin. Altho mahigit isang taon pa bago matapos ang aming future home away from home, nabibigyan mo kami ng idea regarding sa construction updates ng Orean Place Tower 2 ng Alveo/AyalaLand, Inc. Do keep up the good work and looking forward to our next vlog of Vertis North. Thank you ulit.

Mas ok na may mga commercial estate like that kasi privately owned, very strict pagdating sa house rules. Bawal po ang mga homeless, vagrants, ambulant vendors and the like. It is more on peace and order plus security ng mga nakatira at namamasyal doon.

No need for tricycle or pedicab.

      1. Peace and order. Alam na, darami ang hold uppers or petty crimes around the area, mga tsismosa which is ayaw ng mga owners at residents sa condo. Hindi tayo tulad ng Singapore na very safe and peaceful.
      4. Graffiti, mga nagkakalat ng basura which is common sa squatter's area siyempre nakakadiri iyan. Property value maaaring bumaba kapag ganito ang environment. Like in BGC, di pwede ang mga homeless encampments.
