The app also has like secret chats where they ask a question and you can write an anonymous answer and see other anonymous answers and tips. It’s very helpful to inform yourself about stuff that might be awkward asking a parent.
ON THE TOPIC OF PUBIC HAIR: I always find myself apologizing or “warning” my boyfriend if I didn’t shave or didn’t feel like it, and lemme tell ya they LIKE the occasional change! It’s new it’s interesting and it’s INTIMATE! So don’t be shy about what you got going on down under, they’re ALL appreciated!! fr i havent shaved since march cause I’m not going to be out and about cause of covid but my parents have ridiculed me for not shaving my legs or armpits to the point of making remarks and directly telling me to shave because it’s society’s standards. There's nothing to be scared ! You should probably "train" before, there are tutorials on how to put it right. Also relax ! Don't stress or it might hurt. In my school, if you have your period you can skip one class of swimming ( except for the final exam this year ). Maybe you should see with your teacher if you Can Do that
if it's not a heavy flow and if the swimming class is short (or if you're in the water most of the time) I'd say just don't use a tampon. most of the time the blood stays inside the vagina while swimming, just try not to cough, laugh, or sneeze too much, and even if some blood comes out it most likely won't even be visible. if not I'd probably put a tampon in before class and take it out after, also look up how to insert a tampon. its a little uncomfortable especially at first but definitely manageable just for a swimming class.
If you're having trouble using your tampon, you can use a little bit of vaseline on the end to make it go in more smoothly. Also, make sure you put the inserter in as far as you can without losing your grip because if you don't put your tampon in far enough it will be SUPER uncomfortable when you sit down. And don't stress too much! Just breathe and take your time, and when you're in the water don't stress about leaks because the water usually washes it all away! YOU GOT THIS!!!
Best thing to do is check it feels okay sitting and moving around, it shouldn't feel massively uncomfortable, and if your flow is kinda light, go for one that isn't too absorbing. Good luck, swimming isn't too bad on your period, and you should be fine :)
I absolutely HATE having a bigger chest than most girls my age (I’m 13) it’s the worst. I always wears sweatshirts or flowy shirts to draw less attention to myself because I’m scared of guys staring at me. One time we were at a museum and i was wearing a tight shirt underneath my sweatshirt and it was so hot outside so I took it off, and every time I would talk to a guy he would stare at my chest instead of looking me in the face. One guy tried to me there as well. It was traumatizing and I immediately put it he sweatshirt back on. I also always where a jacket around my waist so guys don’t stare at my butt. I hate having more pronounced features

Getting boobs will make you feel more confident because it’s still ingrained on our minds that big boobs are better. Getting plastic surgery sets unrealistic standards on girls, and those standards are the very reason you will feel better having boobs, making more girls not confident on themselves and wanting to get their boobs done as well :( obviously it is your body and you are free to do whatever you please to it, but we should all realize plastic surgeries just feed on to those Beauty standards making more girls self conscious about their bodies

There's nothing to be scared ! You should probably "train" before, there are tutorials on how to put it right. Also relax ! Don't stress or it might hurt. In my school, if you have your period you can skip one class of swimming ( except for the final exam this year ). Maybe you should see with your teacher if you Can Do that
if it's not a heavy flow and if the swimming class is short (or if you're in the water most of the time) I'd say just don't use a tampon. most of the time the blood stays inside the vagina while swimming, just try not to cough, laugh, or sneeze too much, and even if some blood comes out it most likely won't even be visible. if not I'd probably put a tampon in before class and take it out after, also look up how to insert a tampon. its a little uncomfortable especially at first but definitely manageable just for a swimming class.
If you're having trouble using your tampon, you can use a little bit of vaseline on the end to make it go in more smoothly. Also, make sure you put the inserter in as far as you can without losing your grip because if you don't put your tampon in far enough it will be SUPER uncomfortable when you sit down. And don't stress too much! Just breathe and take your time, and when you're in the water don't stress about leaks because the water usually washes it all away! YOU GOT THIS!!!
Best thing to do is check it feels okay sitting and moving around, it shouldn't feel massively uncomfortable, and if your flow is kinda light, go for one that isn't too absorbing. Good luck, swimming isn't too bad on your period, and you should be fine :)

I absolutely HATE having a bigger chest than most girls my age (I’m 13) it’s the worst. I always wears sweatshirts or flowy shirts to draw less attention to myself because I’m scared of guys staring at me. One time we were at a museum and i was wearing a tight shirt underneath my sweatshirt and it was so hot outside so I took it off, and every time I would talk to a guy he would stare at my chest instead of looking me in the face. One guy tried to me there as well. It was traumatizing and I immediately put it he sweatshirt back on. I also always where a jacket around my waist so guys don’t stare at my butt. I hate having more pronounced features

I’m Arab and muslim, well i’m not telling you that arab / muslim households are too strict or don’t admit the existence of sex and so.. but i’m just saying that such topics are found kinda ‘feared’ and ‘shameful’ to be talked about here, and NOT by the daughters / sons of the families but mainly by the parents.
You don’t get taught any of this until the very last hours before you leave your wedding party (well my mom told my older sis once that that’s what her mother aka my grandma told her), yes, that’s how bad it is sometimes.
I personally was never talked to by any of my parents about sex or anything similar, I literally learend all the information i know about it online :/

Getting boobs will make you feel more confident because it’s still ingrained on our minds that big boobs are better. Getting plastic surgery sets unrealistic standards on girls, and those standards are the very reason you will feel better having boobs, making more girls not confident on themselves and wanting to get their boobs done as well :( obviously it is your body and you are free to do whatever you please to it, but we should all realize plastic surgeries just feed on to those Beauty standards making more girls self conscious about their bodies
