When you're comparing it to a human that stands upright it is. If you were just comparing whales with no other frame of reference, they should be laid horizontally/natural.
The first humans are standing next to an in between 2.7 m (8.3ft) & 4.2 m (13.7 ft) Whales. They are half or over the half the size of the whales so the humans are like almost 2 m. Read the size. They are 3D models so they just copy the model so highly unlikely the sizes are modified.

It seems to me that you put the image of the A380 representing a small commercial jet like the 737, which is indeed shorter than 108 feet. You did good research and a huge mistake at the same time. Dolphins are technically a type of toothed whale, so Orcas are both a whale and a dolphin. Basically, all dolphins are whales but not all whales are dolphins.

This is honestly one of the worst comparisons I've ever seen. If you're going to do it at least do it properly. Just as an example - the right whale is nowhere near that small, the scale makes it look like a blue whale could swallow it. It's absurd. Even compared to the humpback it's wildly inaccurate - they're generally around the same length and a fair bit stockier - making them look bigger. Please disregard this if you're looking for an accurate representation!
