SPEED COMPARISON 3D | Aqua Life
This is the sixth Speed Comparison series! This was one of the hardest videos I've ever made. That's why it took me around 2 months to create. I had to use Blender, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine 5 for this, and it became quite special to me! Enjoy 😉

NEW! SPEED COMPARISON | Missiles th-cam.com/video/tgpHNDLsGlE/w-d-xo.html
A Black Marlin can swim faster than a Cheetah can sprint on land. Absolutely phenomenal!
Yeah that’s insane
And weights 700-900 kg. It's F1 car in sea world
@@seregapanfilov20perfect explanation
Their speeds are often exaggerated tho. It could be false
Indeed especially when you compare the viscosity of water and air 😮
Yo the animations for this are absolutely beautiful! I'm honored to have a track of mine featured in your work!
Can I use it pls pls 😅

Reason why i didnt inclue the speed next to it is because i want u to see the beautiful animation (and im lazy). Like he made the giant squid’s eye move and he did swimming animations for all of them. He also went out of his way to include interesting information about each of them in the top left corner! Feel free to comment if i need to change anything or got anything wrong!
damnnn thanks bro
briliant but lazy😁
The information is in the top left corner, but that's no biggie.
@@jamesoshea580ty
Wonderful video
Considering how dense water is compared to air, that's insane.
800x more dense, black marlin in terms of speed on land/air would reach 105,600 km/h
@@mikegaruda4270 thats not entirely true as the density of the water is a factor of the proulsion these animals can generate. Think of it as humans trying to swim in mid air and not moving compared to swimming in water.
@@mikegaruda4270 Your comment doesn't make any sense
@@justsomeweirdo6074mathematically it does but yeah its still completely irrelevant
On land we have to leave the ground to generate speed so the water density got nothing to do with the comparison. And like DD said, the propulsion is directly correlated to the density. To direct compare we would have had to push the air behind us to move. But we don't do that.
The graphics are stunning, it really IS worth 2 months of work
Graphics aside, Piranhas and Bass dont live in the ocean.
@@WillBot-1 Nor the first two and a few other ones.
It took 2 MONTHS just to make this video?
@warisdesigns i think you need to read the video title again...its about aqua life...not representing sea creatures

Info was bullshit
First video I see from this channel and I already subscribed that.
at what point is all this information validated in this video? yes, at the moment when the megalodon appears. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Dude the information is all bs, great whites are not faster then makos along with like 50 other fish in this video
Props to the cameraman, must've been rly hard to breathe underwater
These comments are overused and are getting old

I am on a french 3D Animation School, So I know how it is difficult to create 3D complex scenes like this, if you did all of that alone, without a team, man you are just a monster, great job you are INCREDIBLE 💪💪
i would guess he has team, or at least few people that helps him.
@@warrax111 I hope he was not alone 🤣
This guy deserve an editing job in one the biggest production firm in Hollywood… and with HUGE PAY ….. may God make this dream of mine come true for him . Amen !!
😂
The biggest curse is working for Hollywood.
To enter Hollywood you have to be a 33 degree freemason and be in there occult
8:32 I like how this fish is whipping by going “wahoo!” instead of saying his name lol
5:04, it was hilarious how the octopus just effortlessly swam past the hammerhead that looked like it was working so hard, it was like "Allow me." The music at the time was also fitting!
Why does Octopus seem like an extraterrestrial ?
So, the fastest water animal is faster than the fastest land animal? That’s dope.
You won my heart bro ... perfect bgm .. perfect screenplay.... everything was so smooth
Omg I just fallen in love with your great work
God bless you ❤
W Red Side for improving performance, graphics, texture etc. ❤
The animation and details are amazing. Astounding to know that these creatures can reach unbelievable speeds just flapping their tails and wiggling their bodies. Not just the Marlin, but any fish doing 30 kph under water is phenomenal. Thanks for sharing.
It's amazing. Members of the Swordfish family can swim faster in water than a cheetah 🐆 running on land!
Always wanting to skip to the fastest ones, but i cant move a muscle. These videos are teaching me patience 👍
Who else has been waiting for this video for weeks and then absolutely loves it??? Just me?
At such speeds there must be serious underwater collisions. So always wear your seatbelts on the ocean...
This looks like months of work, great job!!!
C'est vraiment bien fait 👍👌
J’avoue
Obviously the educational content is fantastic, but this video is absolutely gorgeous.
I so expected the Reaper Leviathan to show up. Such a sweet animation, love it
This was really cool and different. I love fishing but this hit a different perspective for sure. Amazing work. Thank you 🙏
This video deserves an award for animation or something, Absoluetly phenomenal
Interesting how the three fastest fishes are essentially just bigger/smaller versions of said fish.
I guess it's safe to say Sharks rarely or almost never eat Black Marlins. 😁
Actually sharks and orca do hunt black Marlin.
@@chalkandcheese1868 Presumably almost all the time too, since they can apparently live only up to 15 years.
I hope everyone acknowledges that this requires an insane amount of time and effort to make. Good job on everything mate, from a fellow 3d artist.
Can we take a moment to applaud mr Red Side for his new found career as a chef, because he has certainly been COOKING when he made this video. Incredible work ❤
YOO I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE FOR A LONG TIME! I am so amazed with this channel and it's animations, this is absolute perfection.
Glad to see that 4090 getting to good work! Keep it up!!
And I'm crying with my rtx 1660 ti 🥺🥺
I do little editing stuffs too so I know how much efforts it takes to animate at this level, Salute to your hardwork & dedication.
I have no words to describe how great this video is. Truly a work of art.
Awesome reference from Nemo!
7:25 Orca Killer Whale
Orca is marine mammal
The visuals are so well done! Your videos are incredible to witness! I do think, though, that the information may be a bit off. Some of the things make little sense. For example, the Megalodon could swim 18 km/hr, but the Great White Shark can swim 56 km/hr...over 3 times faster? Also, it's said that the Shortfin Mako shark is the fastest shark, and thus faster than the Great White Shark. The Moray Eel also doesn't look like any that I've seen, and I suspect its depiction here is of something else. Even so, I know that you did a ton of both research and computer graphics work to get this video created (along with the rest!), and I appreciate that!
That "moray eel" might be a wolf fish, not really an eel. And yes, the mako is indeed faster than the great white, and so is the salmon shark
Their info in every video I checked was off, so I just watch for the animations instead
always excited when a new RED SIDE video comes out. Thanks for all the high quality content!
I was eagerly waiting for this video since weeks. Each one of the content produced by this channel is a masterpiece ❤
this is so gorgeous. i always look forward to your videos for informational reasons for sure but the VISUALS in this one are so stunning! such good work!
Estos videos son una obra arte...
Exquisitas gráficas....
Muy bien detallado... detallado...
Da gusto observarlos
Amazing bro 😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥 your realistic animations are dope. They are like racing 😁🔥
0:56. Marlin and Dory.
Fabulously beautiful animation! Great dynamics! Excellent sense of space! Phenomenal performance of speed! Videos from the Red Side team are getting more and more amazing every time!
Thank you very much for your beautiful work!
Continued success to your team and channel!
The animation and the with how good you managed to convey scale absolutely phenomenal work!
Actually, the Great White has BURST speeds of UP TO 35mph and the Short Fin Mako swims normally at 31mph but has BURST speeds of up to 46mph 😎
This is one of the most visually stunning videos I’ve seen by a single creator on TH-cam. Great work!
Hey man, thanks for all your research and hard work to create these videos. They really are informative. Keep up the wonderful work brah!
Man seeing those fish swim so fast made me tired, I can only imagine how tired they musta been lol
Definitely Worth the Wait 😉
A speed comparison among flying animals would be awesome👍😁
Black Marlin is having the time of its life
this is beyond amazing
Stupendous render!
Months of hard work certainly paid off, well done!
oooo pretty! excited to see what comes next!
At exactly 6:22 when the shark appears the music changes to a Jaws mood. I like it.
I love the speed comparisons🙂
What an amazing video, keep your great work 😊
This video is extremely good! what the heck.
Just so many good animations, varied background for reference, the sound effects, the small snips of info.
And watching that turtle go hammer speed next to a shark and whale was hilarious.
Enjoyed every second of this, amazing work!
Absolutely stunning video! Really enjoyed watching it!
these animation are incredible, good job
here before the video blows up and Airrack recreating it by riding the world's fastest Sea Creature ever known to mankind.
And I thought cheetahs were fast. Holy crap😅
Wow, I am blown away. I really liked the transition out of the water to the flying fish back into the water. I also always had it in my head that the fastest fish underwater was a yellow fin tuna at around 55 mph, so the last few blew my mind. Great work!
Do your own research - the figures here - particularly at the top end of the scale - are wildly inaccurate. The Yellowfin is indeed one of the fastest swimmers - but it's top speed is around 45mph - the Black Marlin would be similar I expect, as this is about the most that biology and physics allow for.
@@Valnak I wasn't trying to be an asshole, just advising that the videos speed figures are very inaccurate - apologies if you took it that way.
@@Beer_Dad1975 dude I am so sorry. I don’t even remember replying to this. It was one of those nights if you know what I mean. My sincerest apologies. It was super unfair of me to say things about you being a dad. I felt sick to my stomach when I read what I wrote. And you were right! A lot of the stats were not accurate. @@Beer_Dad1975 na man you’re good. You wrote it fine. Just me lookin for a fight. I am doing better. Thank you for understanding.
This is definitely blowing up!! 👏 Phenomenal job on the ultra realistic animation❤❤
Wow! This must have been so difficult, not only you have to make each model but each model must animate convincingly, I just hope you get compensated for this because I think you deserve it, good work!
this is a better CGI than in some $200 millions budget movies
Swordfishes, the fighter jets of the ocean
An Art , Emotions And full of Hardwork and efforts in this video Really An Impressive Work ❤❤❤❤❤❤
this is very beautiful, thank you
This was great, favorite thing I've seen all year on the internet!
Great Visuals , thanks for such great knowledgeable video ✨
"This video is completely fake because the cameraman is the fastest." 💀
You Indians just love that joke
I really loved the video and your efforts.
Kee up the good work mate 💪🏻
Black Marlin: 132KM/H speed in the ocean.
Red Side: 133KM/H
by the way watching them move their bum hard was hilarious looks like they were competing for race. another great video.
Next: Flying animals speed limit. Birds, bats, and insects!
Peragrin falcon takes the win when it does the death dive. I think it is about 200kmh in that dive.
Thank you for bringing such amazing content ❤❤❤❤
This gonna be anotha HIT🎉 🔥🔥🔥
Worth the wait 🤩 absolutely amazing!!!
Excellent work, good luck with your work 😊🎉
For some reason, that Japanese Rice Fish looks like it's swimming upside-down at 0:01 😂. But I guess it's not. I dont think. Kinda weird. Other than that, this is a great video. I actually liked it so much that I tried to subscribe, but there's no subscribe button. I also used it as an animated aquarium wallpaper on my cellphone using a free app called "Video Wallpaper" by NaingDroid. Thanks.
This is fantastic. A real joy to watch, thank you
The animation, the lighting and the sound is really cool. Good job❤
1:06 looking for Nemo
And marlin
One of the great profound realities in life is when a sea turtle is faster than one of the most horrifying figures in the history of this world's existence.
The minute details like moving eyes you included in the fish are just so beautiful to watch! Amazing work!
Extraordinary Work ♥️👏🏻
The fact that some fish swim faster than land animals is astonishing
Loved the underwater viewing pods for humans. And some of the octopi and turtles' speeds surprised me.
always a pleasure to watch your videos
good JOB !!!
My Lord, 132 kph. That's faster than any vehicle I ever got into in Bangladesh
What really got me was the blue whale straight up noclipping through the underwater structure and just swimming away like nothing happened XD
THE MOST AMAZING ANIMATION EVER. SPLENDID AND PHENOMENAL. I HAVE TEARS IN MY EYES AAAH
A flying fish😮, incredible!
Just think...when you are standing in front of 120kmph black marlin😂
Respect to the cameraman for being the fastest in the ocean
great work man appreciate
This is sick, hope it blows up!
