I was at this game. The biggest factor for Bo was getting the playcalls in before 6 seconds left. We were breaking huddle routinely with 15 seconds. Bo was able to figure out what he is seeing presnap instead of just winging it like the last 2 weeks
Dude, I’ve got to tell you: This is one of the BEST breakdowns I have ever seen! I just stumbled across you and damn glad I did. You’ve got me hooked bro. I will religiously follow your takes. Thank you so much for 40 minutes of really good film study and entertainment. Kudos bud.
Man for how much Javonte has struggled running the ball, dude was a monster in pass pro. 2nd and 3rd plays of the game he absolutely stonewalls #3. Really set the tone. Felt like he deserved a shoutout for competing.
As someone who works as a full time data scientist (yes I'm one of those nerds), I totally agree with Tim about advanced stats - if simply looking at air yards or whatever it doesn't paint the whole picture and we cannot assume that it does. Even with heaps of data we cannot assume that they lead to wins, it's a trap about the cause effect relationship. To infer something like "you win more games BECAUSE you throw more air yards" is almost always wrong. We can probably only arrive at conclusions like "top teams TEND TO have stat A being this value and stat B being this value", serving as a guidance, but nothing more than that There's a popular concept in statistics/analytics which says "all models are wrong, some are useful". Definitely applies to this topic as well
That first throw of the game for Bo is so underrated court was not open at all and Bo threw him open with a back side throw near the sideline where if it was anywhere else it’s not a catch. When I saw that throw I was like he’s locked in today feels good to finally have a QB who can make throws anticipating that a wr will be open instead of waiting for one to get open
Love that you are doing breakdowns again! With a lot of people covering Bo Nix film. With your experience with defense , it would be awesome to see a break down on the D!
It's pretty cool seeing the Bronco's WR's get excited for the young rookie's play-making ability already. They're snagging big catches and spinning the ball afterwards (both Reynolds and Sutton) and they're engaged in the game plan. Good stuff from the Bronco's.
Tim-absolutely love your breakdowns. It’s really great to see a game like this for Bo. Can only increase his confidence, and he’s already a pretty confident QB. Love that Courtland finally got into the action. Great work!
Good to see on tape what I knew Bo was capable of and I BOlieve this is just the beginning, now he knows he can make these throws in the NFL so he will take off from here.
I am new to this channel, but I love it. Watching Bo Nix grow every week and Tim breaking it all down. So glad Sean Changed up the play calling and tempo this week. Keep up the great videos. Go Broncos
Play calls came in quick The O line blocked their ass off And Bo picked them apart Amazing what good pockets and quick play calls can do He had time to read the defense
You don't know how much this helps. Really appreciate the great work. Look forward every week towards your unbiased breakdown of My Team's QB. Thank you very much
great vid as always, thanks for sticking with reviewing broncos tape all these years. the so close hey so far broncos offence is finally showing what can happen when things go right.
In my opinion he wasn't horrible the first two games. The O line was garbage. They woke up yesterday and he did well. Bo looked so good. So nice! I hope he builds on it
Love your videos. I mean, I’m not complaining about them being as long as they are. Wildly entertaining and how you teach ball is fun. Thank you!! Still wear my TJ Elite hat around too! 👏
This game was the most fun I have had watching a Broncos game since the game against the Texans in 2019. Bo was so accurate, and HM to Riley Moss, dude silenced a lot of the haters.
Those first couple of drives Bo was decisive, the ball was coming out quickly and you could see the confidence. I would tape up both of Bolles hands into a pair of clubs so he can’t grab nothing lol! 😊
It truly felt amazing to see the Broncos in VICTORY formation and as I die hard Broncos Countrymen, I feel encouraged, optimistic, and hope for the Broncos Future!! 🧡💙
i love that you pointed out the fact that Nix didnt turn around to celebrate with his team on that scamble score. Im hoping this isnt a sign or arrogance or self centeredness. Like I really hope that isnt the case kuz that would pain me so much to root for someone who isnt like a kind selfless person etc. lol. Great video as always and look forward to you breaking down the broncos every week this season.
No no no that’s fitting your narrative”-Sean Payton. The others finally stepped up and didn’t drop passes. Bo’s been grown they needed to play better around him.
As a bronco fan since 87....seeing elway plummer manning....and the rest lol it seems like decades ago since superbowl 50.... and im optimistic we found our franchise qb....cant wait for sunday to see more growth!
SP tweaked the game plan. Loved seeing it esp the back shoulder passes (great if the WR doesn't have the speed advantage), more RPOs, higher tempo. Great to see it cause TB opened with 8 men in the box.
This is what i was talking about. SP said screw it, enough of just throwing stuff at the wall and let’s go win. Really happy for the whole team. Dominant performance. Bo’s going to have some other struggles throughout the season but definitely something for him and the team to build on.
This game was really important in the development of Bo Nix. A lot of people started to doubt him after the first two games, partially do to the conservative playcalling and O-line, but Sean Payton decided this was the game to show Nix his confidence, and start to open up the scheme for Nix.
Great videos! last week you didn't like all the short stuff and liked when they pushed it down the field more in the 2H vs Pittsburgh. So whether you're aware of it or not you were calling for a higher ADOT and the offense definitely looks better with it.
"There's a bunch of air yards for those nerds..." I'M DYING LOLOLOL
haha - I came here to make the same comment. Killed me!
Has a Patreon - still drops 40 free minutes of gold on YT. You a true dawg, Tim!
Bo’s composure was so impressive. Happy to see the kid play well after a couple of tough games!
His 2 minute drill at the end was perfect composure and just threw it away to still set up a fg....im optimistic we got our guy!
Victory formation with a rookie QB is just... the best.
I was at this game. The biggest factor for Bo was getting the playcalls in before 6 seconds left. We were breaking huddle routinely with 15 seconds. Bo was able to figure out what he is seeing presnap instead of just winging it like the last 2 weeks
And they actually blocked for him 😂
I think what I’ve come to realize is that the Steelers defense is really good man.
Signs of a great head coach. People want to rag on Payton but he knows what it takes.
I noticed that just by watching the game Bo had time to read the defense. @@moonskeetz
@@KFBALL247you just realized that? Lmao they have multiple pro bowlers and all pros on defense, plus they just added Patrick Queen lol
@@brianbadonde9251yeah most broncos fans don’t care about the Steelers unless they are playing against the broncos.

I saw that he stone walled a few guys on those bigger plays
Tim couldn’t wait to get this one out
You are a favorite in broncos country
Notice on the first pass how he doesn’t stare Sut down, looks right for like 3 seconds before the throw love to see it
wow over 40 minutes? that deserves more than just an FTA. Thanks Tim, awesome breakdown
Best channel on TH-cam. God Bless Tim Jenkins, and Go Broncos!
White Vick looking good out there. My guy Bo is getting comfy
Who's out here using their girls account on TH-cam 😂

Tim is just the best! Thanks for the break down. Love it!

Loving the new format this season

I love when you cover the Broncos Tim I really enjoy your knowledge of football
Love it. Really happy for Bo
FTA for Tim. Great analysis! Thx for the tapes.
Great stuff. Bo is showing growth every week!
Tom dropping 40min videos.. Love it!!
Great breakdown Tim! Fun to watch your analysis.

Thanks for the breakdown. Excellent take.
Tim you're incredible! Thank you for doing these I learn so much about offense from these!
One his best breakdowns yet, great work Tim!
Thanks for the content, Tim! Go Bo, go Broncos! 👏
Your videos really help me learn so much
Thank you Tim. Great stuff!
Great breakdown as always!
Huge jump from my boy Bo I felt a good game before it started
finally some optimism, yay
good analysis as usual
Love these breakdowns!
I BO-lieve!!! Thanks Tim, these videos make my day every Monday.
Couldn't wait to see this video while watching the game yestereday!
27:23 - Love Bo not getting greedy and protecting himself. I also like these read options expanding the run game for this team.

On the QB sneak, you can see 84's blocking technique open that path for Nix to dive ahead, I think that is how they schemed it
Good for Bo, the Broncos, and the coaches! Nice to see the hard work paying off!
Hits so much different after a win
FTA - thanks Tim!
Absolutely love your work
First time seeing your video. Awesome! Loved it. To hunt with the ball. Good stuff.
If nothing else it makes watching the Broncos more exciting which is nice after the last "couple" years
Hell yeah victory formation. Appreciate that!

The O line blocked their ass off

Couldn’t agree more Tim. Analytics are helpful but they’re also very subjective.

Love to see it! Thanks, Tim!
Happy for Bo Nix.
Just like Breeze San Diego to New Orleans...different ball game when receivers look ball in and catch the ball🤣
Lil’Jordan Humphrey is such a DAWG.
I can't wait to see what comes out of this. I think we got the Jets next so let's see how we do there. 😅
Thank you for the videos Tim ! You're the best.
the 3rd play (Tight Y Off) was so nice. Need more simple releases like that for Bo.

For those who question his arm strength he has an NFL arm , those throws to the sideline from the far hash mark show that
