Truly one of the best WoW series ever made. Uber, Pint, MadSeason, and Barney have made classic content absolutely special. Sad that Classic (Vanilla) is over, but what a special trip it was.
In my opinion, UberDangers series was by far the best.

people can laugh at the casual guild, i mean it was literally framed to be laughed at, but they got to live the dream of a lot of players. thier raid was watched by asmongold and thousands of people, best part they did it while hanging out with friends and meeting barny was probably pretty cool.
That post-raid screenie was probably seen by more people than almost any other post-raid screenie.

HOLY SOUND DESIGHT, SCRIPTING, TIMING, EDITING, and NARRORATING!!!! I've LOVED every second of Barny's whole story!
Yeah its one thing to have a cool story and the skills to tell it but maddies editing skills are on another fucking level.
As a sound editer myself I give her so much respect for that.

If you joined the streams Barny had where she edited the video you would've seen her redo the same 30-60 second clip for hours trying to find the best way to make it engaging and interesting for the viewers.

@@PropheticShadeZ and then she also had to put a shitton of work into the editing, and that took way more time and effort than the actual gameplay, I've edited smaller videos before, and even making that took me quite a bit of time, I can't imagine how fucking long it took her to look through all that footage and compile it into something succinct. Ridiculous

All the work they put into this, stuff that only a tiny fraction of the player base would EVER see. It's amazing, true passion at work.
I like how he says that server communities are outdated in the other video and in this one he even says himself that the whole server community aspect and the competetion between groups on the server and the history and reputation they have with each other is what makes all of this so much better.
also be aware that his experience with the community will always be completely different compared to the average joe.

The amount of time and effort it takes to not only do the task but record it, record additional shots, voice over and edit MULTI HOUR LONG videos that don't have a moment of boring down time is a massive feat. I'm going to buy the plush or give Barnbarn some money She deserves

I was almost screaming at the end, I was so happy for Barney! When Barney was like crying laughing after getting the scepter, I was so happy. The music there was perfect. The music and sound in these videos have been perfect.

1:13:24 The mount deserves the legendary titel. It has a special feauture what most of the peopel dont know. If you mount on you wont receive ANY fall damage. So you are able to jump from every cliff with this mount - just amazing.
I know because i am the world first Deathknigt with Scarab Lord Titel - Gained it 10 January 2009 on the EU server Area-52. ;) Phexx
How would youve been able to do this after the wotlk release?
@@OttileinOttsen There have been around 3 new servers in the end of 2008. The gates were closed and people did the AQ event.
There was a character transfer lock to this new Servers for 3 months. If people of the new servers did not manage to open the gates within 3 months by their own (completing war efford), other people from outside took advantage of it by transfering their characters to this servers with closed gates.
So with this character transfering it was possible that around 200 people rung the gong at the same time to open the gates.
After Blizzard realised people took advantage of it by transfering their characters to new servers to ring the gong for the Mount and Scarab Lord Titel, they opened up the gates for new servers automatically and it is NOT possible anymore to get the mount and title since february 2009.
We had a guild on the Ally side with 88 Members and they all got their Scarab lord Mount/title. I was the only Deathknight. We had to hang around for a whole month on this server after transfering. I still have a screenshot with 25 Scarab lords raiding sunwell xD Fun and unforgotable wow times :)

That was my fav quest line in wow. Got to do it before tbc but didn’t get the mount. But walking into that area and spawning an op demon who would wipe green dragon raids was hilarious. The cooking recipe was also a nice side reward.

@@spawn302 he had been saying that he ran out of time the entire video only to show us that he had actually not and was hiding the special item you get from completing the quest by deleting it and then using an item restoration mechanic that is supposed to be used for items that were accidentally deleted, fooling everyone that had watched his daily streams for years.

It was! And I never even did raid stuff. I just had fun doing low-level PvP and grouping with strangers. A special game, and moment in time, to be sure.
I only watched theses last 2 videos, but now I need to check out the backlog.
I like how throughout this reaction video Asmon stayed at nearly the same % video watched as Barny thus it was a fairly even proportional split of reaction to content throughout. Genuine thumbs up for Asmon. My only afterthought is how Barny's content is a solid brick of multidimensional adamantium and prime reaction content to start.

I've watched this so often now. It's such a wholesome series. The Memes, The Reactions, The Culture, Everything. Like if Maddie would ever be for hire for editing a hollywood movie that would only make sense! Hope there's so much more to come. This entire thing was a work of art. Even if there's only one video a year, if they're even near this quality, 100% worth it. Seeing all of this after having quit so long ago is really nostalgic too. Can't guess how many times I did Onyxia honestly, but the one instance I'll always remember is doing a 10m and realizing when she took flight the only "ranged" were 1 rogue and I, the disc priest healer. That's what you get for joining a pug, but hey, after a long a** time we got it. Was funny as hell when we all realized it, everyone's just kinda silent for a moment like "...huh, didn't really think about that." And it immediately went to jokes about how we had it, no worries. Good times
Watching this series of videos really makes me long for my days in vanilla. Almost enough to make me resub to play classic. I just finished this video series and even though it’s over a year old and the content it’s made from is even older, I still want to start playing classic now. Idk how the classic servers are as far as level of activity or if it’s pretty low at this point so I’d have to research the realms and populations, but I wanna do it so bad. I miss playing my vanilla rogue.
I didn't think anything could top World of Roguecraft, but this is coming real close.
Probably the greatest wow classic content there has ever been, truly a work of art to capture all the degenerate and funny shit and also drama that went down there.

@@1un4cy Typo and Obselete were scarab lords that finished before Barny and you can see them helping her throughout the video, Final Boss may have been filled with drama but they definitely weren't full of lazy players, at least from what I experienced with them - a Grobbulus player

Classic was such a special time and I got to relive my childhood memories of when I was 9 - I got to experience stuff I never saw as a stupid kid who didn’t know what he was doing.
Really looking forward to reliving Wrath too where I had some of my best memories as a teen.

I did this quest in classic to get my healing dagger once AQ was open... it was horrible.. me and another priest in my guild got it done but holy shit dude this took us a few weeks to of roping people into killing Green Dragonkin for us. I wouldn't ever do it again but I am glad I did

This is the perfect way to close off Classic Warcraft and my personal investment in Warcraft generally speaking.
I didn't realise until halfway through last nights reaction that it was a different video. This is the one I meant to say is just one of the best WoW video series ever made.
Said on Barny's original video but this entire series deserves to go in the Library of Congress next to the greatest movies ever made.
Edit: Oh got to the point where Asmon has to explain to the chat why he keeps referring to Barny as "she". Didn't know she was trans and now I do. That's my entire take. Now on with the video and not caring about the gender of the person making it.

LOL watching Asmongold react to the Broodlasher Head, when it's actually the first step of the bug grind. I did the exact same thing while watching Barney's original video... It's crazy how easy it is to get the steps to this quest line switched up, even after doing it only 2 years ago.
Just left with the shame that we the Andy's haven't been giving Barnybee the respect and tribute this personification of a Rouge deserves. Oh damn this video brings me back, on Gehennas, There were like 200 alliance (im not joking) camping the boss, but the horde still went in there and killed the boss for everyone that needed it, the zone lagged so bad and after that everyone went to camp Moonglade to deny alliance from getting any more scarab lords, even APES were griefed and they deserved it.
34:50: Oh dear god, I remember the Temple, it was a damn nightmare. What I remember about most of these is having no idea what we're supposed to do, paranoia over whether we did all the prereqs, and confusion over whether the quest is bugging out or if it's really just that complicated and/or takes that Fing long.

@@VohryPlay it's not about how people call you, it's about how you feel. Some people won't ever understand how you feel however. For some, certain things are extremely hard to comprehend because they don't experience them, which makes them unable to show respect (you don't need to understand someone to respect them). Everything you need to keep in mind is that your happiness matters the most, it isn't about how others perceive you but how you embrace yourself.
I hope you acquire perspective to finally be able to respect others. At the end, we all bleed the same. We are all people with the same needs. And if you're a big woman, balding, it's alright!
