You are such a joy. I just recently had my 68th birthday and I can tell you….I never want to stop learning, I see some others my age just coasting thru retirement doing nothing. Hubby and I just recently bought 70 acres and last week we just built an small addition on the house we keep busy and learn new things everyday. Good for you, for learning all the skills we all need. And by the way….your pie looked delish. 🌷🇨🇦
At 51, I decided to teach myself to sew and quilt. Thanks to multiple YT channels and June Taylor products I have been able to start teaching myself to sew.
Loved everything about this video! I’m an older homemaker and love what you said about learning, I already know how to crochet, learned when I was seventeen, but I love to learn new patterns. Your skirt is so cute on you !
If you’re talking about Lisa’s kids they are great lil bakers! You learned from the best! ❤ Glad you are enjoying tge fall weather! I’m freezing 🥶!! I love the skirt!
Your voice is so soothing ... your skirt turned out so cute on you. I love that your nieces are teaching you how to make pie. Looked delicious by the way.
Honestly, that is the cutest skirt I’ve ever seen!!! I love the bow detail on the side. I thought it was gonna look too bulky when you were talking about it, but it doesn’t. You look fabulous girl.!!!
Your pie was pretty and it’s always fun working with the family. I enjoy watching your sewing projects, love seeing the fabric become an item you can wear 😊😊😊
This place is so fresh, I love to see the apple trees and especially love the apple pie, it's wonderful. Thank you for sharing these interesting videos.
This was so cozy and fun. I love when you share recipes. It's very helpful for me. I love all the ones I've tried so far. Ty Andrea. Your pie looked great and you had great teachers.
It's interesting seeing how different we women make apple pie😊 I've never cooked the apples first, always mix with flour and sugar and add to the crust raw. I'm sure both turn out great!
You all truly have the best family from what we get to see thats for sure im sure people have thier moments... But it truly is a breath of freash air watching some one learn. In a family setting.
I got a sewing machine and I can't figure it out I've watched a lot of videos but it just doesn't make sense having family that knows and helps is priceless
Love this video so much! Such a sweet time and experience with your nieces. So curious about the ingredient you added to your pie crust that looked like unbaked sourdough bread. Please share! Thank you. 😊
I enjoy watching your channel, but you should drop being a 'young homemaker'. All you need to do is say 'I'm trying something new'. There are people younger, and older doing something similar. Don't focus on the age of the person, just the skill set.

Another cute skirt. Apples and a sweet baby. What a great pie. I need to try cabbage with my Mexican. You have the cleanest oven.
It was a sweet week. :) re: the oven... the previous owner NEVER used it haha! It'll get dirty quick around here I am sure!
Love this video so much! Such a sweet time and experience with your nieces. So curious about the ingredient you added to your pie crust that looked like unbaked sourdough bread. Please share! Thank you. 😊
It was sourdough starter! Per my nieces recipe. :)
@@Oursweetsunnydays Wow! Sourdough starter in pie crust?!? I am so curious. ☺️ I’ve been trying to make a great pie crust for years.
Your meals look delicious. I LOVE your skirt!!
Thank you so much!
What an adorable skirt.
Thank you!

I love your videos. Also, I don't cook my apples before I put them in a pie. I find they have better texture and less work.
Good to know!!
I'm so hungry now😂😭Great recipe ideas, thank you!
Hope you enjoy!
I just made my first pie in 6 years this past Friday! It must be the season 😊
