- This Video was filmed at Stone Creek on the River Humber near the City of Kingston Upon Hull, in England.
Stone Creek is the home of Keyingham Gravity Drain Outfall which dates back to the 1800's.
Due to heavy rainfall in 2007, large areas of flooding occurred in the area affecting hundreds of homes and businesses. A later public inquiry found that a lack of maintenance coupled with a particularly high tide caused a surge and bust of the Gravity Outfall system. It was recommended that the Gravity Outfall System was fitted with a pump station to continue emptying the drain even at very high tide. This has not yet been installed.
Also in the same area is a Large Heavy Anti Aircraft Battery from the Second World War.
This Heavy Anti Aircraft Battery is now a listed as Scheduled Monument number 1020187 and was first added on the listing status in 2001.
Hitler's Last bombing Raid on the city of Hull occurred on 17th March 1945.
At this late stage in the war, with Germany close to defeat, most civilians assumed the raids were over.
The Raid hit many homes and the Savoy Cinema, which resulted in 12 civilians killed and a further 22 injured.
These were the last civilian casualties of the Luftwaffe in a piloted aircraft during the Second World War.
A memorial now stands outside the former Savoy Cinema.

Very interesting, there's a few different bits in this one.
My grandad died before I was born, but in the First World War he was a Sgt in the Army Veterinary Corps with the horses, based at Aldershot. In the Second World War he worked as a civilian at the Royal Army Veterinary Corps at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. The unit got the 'Royal' added to it after the First World War and moved to M.M. the unit is still stationed there. He also served as a ARP/Firewarden in the town...😁👍🏼👍🏼
