Bandai 1/72 B Wing Starfighter Full Build and Review
I take Bandai’s B wing and give it a color scheme and markings inspired by the US Navy’s WWII fighters and bombers. Asymmetric checkerboard wings and Barbados decals from Gundam fuel the story behind my fan lore of the Nargil. A species found on the edges of Wild Space and just outside the Empire’s and Republic’s influence. They are neutral but are not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone bringing the fight to them. During the events of Return of the Jedi and the Battle of Endor, the Nargil’s Intelligence network- the FaHara uncovered the existence of a new threat being constructed not far from their home world. Having precious resources that the Emperor could soon take at his discretion, the Nargil watch and wait for the right time to act against this new unnatural super weapon that has the destructive power of the entire Imperial Fleet in every shot fired from one single space station…….
