Wishing you a late Happy Thanksgiving Kimmy! Loved seeing the video with you Grammie. Your family definitely reminds me of mine. My dad is #3 of 13 kids (plus my grandma had 2 miscarriages--one with a second set of twins) and so even though my dad started late with having kids, and I was born when he was almost 38, he became an uncle for the first time at almost 16. It always amazes me when people in their 40's still have grandparents who are alive (and it is TOTALLY awesome--you're so lucky Kimmy). Until last week, my oldest cousin still had 3 grandparents alive and he will be 48 in January. As someone who lost my first grandparent as a youngster, it is heartwarming to see grandparents being around for so long

Made the blueberry pie for my tiny families thanksgiving just me my husband and toddler...I couldn’t try it because I cannot eat gluten due to celiac disease but my husband raved about the pie saying it was delicious and he isn’t even much of a pie person! Leftovers he’s taking to coworkers so must of been good ☺️thankyou!

I made your Green Bean Casserole for Thanksgiving dinner and let me tell you, it was a HIT! It was one of the only things that had no leftovers! After the first bite my husband requested I make it for Christmas dinner too!

Have a Blessed Thanksgiving. The turkey did not thaw in the fridge so I have been doing the 1/2 per lb ice bath since 3:30am 😁. This video inspired me to keep going.👍🏼
I make fresh green beans with the fricks smoked turkey legs you are using for the gravy. It’s amazing. I boil it all together with a few dash’s of Liquid smoke. Seasoned salt and garlic and onion. It’s amazing. The meat falls off the bone and then you just discard the bone and skin.
Went to Costco yesterday to get pumpkin and pecan pies and those delicious rolls and it-was-a-mad-house! Waited in line for over 30 minutes and it only took 10 minutes to grab my items. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wonderful family!

For anyone who doesn't have a pie rim, you can use aluminum foil to cover your crust. If you are a good DIYer, you can use a disposable pie pan and make your own. Just be sure to wear gloves. There will be sharp edges involved. I wish I could show you, but I don't have a craft channel. 😕
