I maintain that Marvel's Avengers has the bones of a really great game. Design + combat + story in the game are all really strong. Iron man season 2 was great. That intro is full on testosterone.
Leave a like, obviously
Spiderman The Animated Series the venom saga. Had that DVD since I was little. Features venom, carnage, rhino, shocker, smythe, kingpin, war machine, iron man, dormammu, baron mordo, and a couple others. As silly as it was, great crossover, worth looking into.
This show helped shape my love for Iron Man long ago as a kid. But I watched this again last year and it is so hard to watch, so dated, lame and lazy. But season 2 got better, though still not top quality.
Thanks for the shout-out, mates! Big fan. 💜
A really good show I loved as a kid was ironman armoured adventures I would absolutely love it if you guys checked that out and it would work after this one xo
Recently rewatched/watched for the 1st time since i was a kid spiderman animated series, and saw that iron man, hulk n fantastic 4 90s shows were also on disney + as well as spiderman unlimited, but never saw any of these other shows as a kid so im doing a bit of digging and seeing if these shows were as goot or not😅😂 great video fellas!
I loved this series, one of the reasons I didn't think the Iron Man movie was so risky... :p
The first season of the '96 Hulk cartoon was really good. Just like the criminally underrated Silver Surfer cartoon.
You guys should check out Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes. There's an episode where Hawkeye takes on the hulk and wins and multiple episodes where the entire team gets taken out except for hawkeye (because he's not even registered as a threat) then its up to hawkeye to rescue them. Check it out, for me its the definitive hawkeye experience
While season 1 is pretty rough, season 2 is actually really good. Especially the armour wars episodes.
One thing I did find amusing was that Tony Stark - a man known for having a drinking problem - was voiced by the star of Airplane! Robert Hays.
It wouldn’t be Caravan of Garbage without a good ole classic James Ranr
Yeah absolutely do more of these! Also Tony getting a shoulder rub while in his armor cracks me up.
14:22 is a great piece of continuity that is definitely the expression of a man who has just been lazer beamed inside his brain
As a former laser beamed individual, I agree
OK i remember watching this as a kid (with Batman, X-men and Spidey) but i had NO idea there was a completely different first season! I only ever remember seeing the mullet/metal intro ones! I have been learned this day!
I love that James just stops in the middle of the video to complain about Marvel's Avengers XD
I maintain that Marvel's Avengers has the bones of a really great game. Design + combat + story in the game are all really strong. But like James says, the game gets handicapped by the bullshit loot and level systems which it really did not need. It's like they wanted to cater to Destiny fans instead of Avengers fans.
All I could think of seeing Iron Man's mullet back in the 90s was how much it would get jammed in the mechanisms of his suit.
If you guys need Hawkeye stuff to talk about, you could try some of the episodes from Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
Season 1 is basically a naked toy commercial. Season 2 improved significantly, though.
In anticipation for the upcoming live action feature length film 'The Batman' you should do an episode on the 2004 animated television series 'The Batman'
I vaguely remember a 3D animated show on Nicktoons about a young Tony Stark as Iron Man. I didn't dream that right?
9:25 this is why I love James and Maso as a duo.
I miss the bad animated cartoon caravan of garbages. They are my favorite ones.
At 4:05 the Mandarin’s mustache clips above his hands in the foreground.
The avengers show with Hawkeye and ant man was the leader would be a good choice too
The Weekly Planet is probably my favorite podcast.
This is up there with my favorite channels.
That said there's nothing I dislike more than hearing James's modern video game opinions.
I lost it when Maso called Arad and Purlmutter the dream team
