    Its amazing. Just made it for the third time, finally got to have great French toast again. I have never commented on any channel before. This one is worth the effort. To anyone really looking to dig into these recipes, go for it. Its expensive, time consuming and your sure to mess things up a couple times before getting it right. But in the end, its all so with it. Thanks Kim. Also, made baklava with a tweeked crusiant recipe. It was fire.

    Made your crusty buns. I am coeliac and not a bread person but....those buns were absolutely delicious.
    Froze the buns. After defrosting, warmed them in a 450 oven to revitalize the crunch. Had a roast beef, caramelize onion, mushroom and gruyere cheese sub for supper. Never a sandwich fan but with your bun, was delish.
    Making your cinnamon buns tomorrow.
    Thank you ever so much. Have been gluten-free for 42 years and have not enjoyed bread so much.❣

    You are the gluten free bread goddess! I have made your biscuits, cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread, and pillow soft dinner rolls. AND today brioche. I swear this tastes EXACTLY like the wheat one I used to make and quite frankly this one has a better texture than the wheat version. Never thought I would say "better texture than wheat" in a sentence! ( and I went back to an old wheat recipe that called for frozen dinner rolls called Lemon Pull-aparts. I used your soft dinner rolls and followed the "lemon" parts of the recipe. Using your recipe, they were just like the wheat ones. Delicious. You should give it a try)

    love to try this recipe! I want to ask if I can use Bob's Red Mill Organic White Rice Flour for the bread mix? or what other suggestions do you have since those fine white rice flour you linked are not available in my country:((

    • @LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake
      @LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It may work "okay" but in my experience with trying BRM rice flour years ago, it didn't give me the texture I wanted. Do you have a food processor? Or blender? You can try to process or blend the flour to make it a little finer. If not, you may be able to adjust the liquid amounts in the recipe to compensate for the rice flour not absorbing as much as it would if it were superfine.

      Oh gosh, that's a tough one! I'm only really knowledgeable of gluten free, but you should be able to sub the dairy with dairy-free options. As for the high fructose, I really don't know. You could try leaving out the psyllium husks completely and reducing the liquid by 60ml, but I don't know if that would work without trying it myself.
