Clean build man! I'd suggest mounting the components, especially the battery, to the deck itself and then use the enclosure simply as a cover rather than to carry all the components. Kydex and ABS will eventually crack when carrying all that weight over many bumps in the road. Fiberglass enclosures do much better carrying weight, so mounting the battery to the board is not as much of a concern with fiberglass.
Yeah I have heard other people say the same thing, but it has never posed a problem for me and I have ridden 1,500 miles on my personal board. My concern is that the deck flexes and with the battery connected to the deck, so would the battery. The enclosure flexes too, but less so so it is a tradeoff I had to make
So your bushings should be 2 duros harder in the kingpin closest to the board, and then your normal bushing weight at the first kingpin. Checkout riptide APS bushings as they’re what people use for freeride and downhill skating, and they have a chart to tell you the duro you need

Great build keep up the good works.
Thanks
Yeah that would make things trickier as you would need double ESC's and squeezing everything in there. Definitely possible though

Go for it! Don't limit yourself to pavement! Think Bajaboards. Bigger, faster and let er rip.
Do u have the price of all the components weather they are from third party or from ur own sales ? .cos I want cheap budget and ones I started doing some research I always come across getting it done way more cheaper buy buying all the components my self . The only problem I would have is with software other than than looks anyone can build it just buy watching ur video.
Quick question, would it technically be possible to put all terrain air filled tires on this type of board ? I know it will decrease the top speed but I was just wondering if it would be possible! Thank you !
Quinn Doherty yes you can!
DIY esk8 Builders dammm that’s amazing, because I’m guessing with the battery pack all along the bottom of the board, the dock doesn’t have much flex right ? And since I live up in Canada and the roads are TERRIBLE I would need some sort of suspension, but now imma be able to put air filled tires on them. Also, if I were to preorder the demon v2, I need to assemble it right ? And for the air filled tires, would I need to buy a conversion kit from like evolve or can I just slid the tires on ? Thank you for the help!
Quinn Doherty yeah so if you preorder the demon 2.0 we will build it for you and when we release the the video “drop the demon 2.0” and on the store we will already have it assembled and send it out a couple days before the video. If you wanted you could send us an email before preordering and tell us that you want the all terrains inflatable tires we can put them on for you and send it out as a complete. There also is a demon 2.0 kit that comes with all the parts you will need and you can build it!
Hi guys realy liked your video and determined me to start a project for myself , i have few questions ( if you put cloudwheels on what you made it will afect the range or speed?)
both
@@DIYesk8Builders with plus or minus ?
It will decrease both your range and speed
awesome video
Flawless dude...exelent job...do the wheels comes ina diferent color and the board ina diferent paintings bcuz it looks sleak and fast and high tec.👍👍👍🤜🤛
Yeah it can come in whatever you want
ty for soooo much inspiration
it is also possible to ripen with Offraod tires from Evolve ?
Yes
Dope build 👍🏾
Would it be possible to use this process for an all terrain board
I would check out the newer 2.0 version that we just made a video on, and that can be used flawlessly with AT
Thanks for uploading this vedio
I like this vedio very much
Would this work with 25mm belts ?
What was the black stuff that you applied to help hold things in place?
Velcro
@@DIYesk8Builders it looked like a black paste
For the battery, double sided adhesive made by 3m. Basically just super strong double sided tape
