Man, this plot is all over the place. First the Rescue Rangers have to disarm a bomb to save a restaurant, only to find out that it was all a ruse so that FatCat can find a magical item that can conjure up ghosts. And then, you have to go to a theme park in order to stop FatCat. It's like Capcom couldn't decide on which plot to focus on, so they threw a bunch in. This is not a bad game, but I prefer the less convoluted plot of the first.
I didn't know there was a sequel to that game. I rented the original game more than once somewhere between the ages of 8 and 10, and it's one of those games that I could never have imagined being so fortunate as to actually own back then. I would readily have traded Ninja Gaiden and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (which I did have) just to have that game for a month.
I knew the Karate Kid on nes sucked but damn, even if you can overcome the cheap AI the whole game is like 10 minutes long, i've seen Atari games with more content, wtf. i had no idea the game was that short, James didn't even scratch the surface of this game's problems in the AVGN review.

Hey Mike, have you ever played Zelda Metroid Crossover? It’s a randomizer that literally combines Zelda and Metroid into one game (there’s a version for the NES games, and one for LttP/Super Metroid) where you find items in one game to use in the other. Given how much you love Zelda and Metroid, I really think you’d enjoy it.
DS9 doesn't deserve the hate, it had a bad final arc and all trek's are slow to get going. It's batting average was almost equal to TNG, it was just a bit less eloquent about it.

Why would you ever spend $200 on an NES game, specifically to play the game, when you can just get emulation? Or, if you want in this instance, the Disney Afternoon game collection is available for very cheap. Just go pick that up.
