Added a finished full bathroom in the basement
Finished the basement stairs with carpet and a half wall on the main floor
Removed the bottom windows & center top window on the rear great room wall
Replaced the patio slider with a hinged door relocated to the side great room wall
Luxury vinyl flooring replaces the carpet throughout the main floor
Added an electric fireplace on the rear wall of the great room - Obsidian Edge Cut stone face & Smoked Oak stained barn beam mantel
Real wood beams added to the ceiling in the main living space stained Smoked Oak
Kitchen - added a flush eat ledge to the island nearest the dining room, 36" wall cabinets, and a cabinet was added above the fridge space with support panels flanking
Kitchen cabinets are included Sinclair White painted with included Luna Night laminate countertops
Kitchen sink is Blanco Metallic Gray single-bowl drop-in with Matte Black faucet
Owner's suite - removed the office nook & expanded the owner's bathroom into that space; customized bathroom layout with double sinks at the vanity, added a Whirlpool drop-in tub with a Matte Black wall-mounted tub filler, and moved the toilet & vanity
All bathrooms have Ellis Purestyle White vanities with Silver White cultured marble countertops, Modern Matte Black plumbing fixtures, and Genta Matte Black bath accessories
Owner's bathroom features the included 60" shower surround
The main and basement bathrooms feature the included tub/shower surround
