Same. It also looks good on the wall. Only thing I dont like is the power cable hanging down

Thanks Chris, that was very informative, I’m in the UK and just got a ring door bell but wanted something to amplify the ring, I’ve go for the echo 4th gen echo blue, as I can ask it to answer the door, I will eventually get around to getting the Amazon show after seeing your video, I gives me confidence that I’m not wasting my money…
Its great if you want to see who is at your door from where you are. I have a few of the echo shows around the house so I can see who rings the doorbell. You can use it to connect to your Ring's live camera

Hi Chris, thank you for your video! I received the echo show 15 a few days ago and was wondering why I can't choose German in the language settings. Would it be possible for you to check if this is the case on every echo show 15? We have sevrral other echo products (dots and shows) and on every single one we can choose German (though living in the US), except for the echo show 15 🤔
Good Catch. Mine does not have German either. I did find through a search that you may need to change the region to unlock other languages such as German.
Cool but I’ll wait til they make a cordless version. Dont like how cord is 😊showing especially if unit is hung on the wall

I haven't actually considered it for that use. It's also installed in an area where it wouldn't be comfortable for that use.
How do I get her to stop talking after I ask for something like “open TH-cam” because when I do, she starts reading everything like the name of the videos, how long the videos are, etc, so how do I get her to stop talking
In the app, under settings you'll find "voice responses". Try changing that to "brief" and see if it helps
You should block out where it says alexa as it sets off my alexa and commands
The cord. OCD is telling me no.
Same here. It annoys me everyday. I’m eventually going to drill a hole behind it and run the cord down behind the drywall
@@ChrisLoh if you want to do it in an electrical code stand point jus get a low profile recessed outlet and mount it like that u won’t see wires or power cord

Nice device but very unprofessional to say all commands with Alexa loudly on TH-cam … it added milk to and other stupid things to all viewers list.
It did it to me I had to delete milk from my shopping list
