    I immediately thought about the 8mile scene with Popa Doc when you mentioned the preemptive empathy strategy. Love that you referenced it! Popa Doc has no ammunition at that point yet the ball is in his court. Thanks for sharing.

      A statement about what you're looking for. Such as "However, the current salaries I'm seeing in the market are _____" OR "With that being said, I am seeing a significant gap between market rates and the current comp being offered"

    Does your service help in negotiating levels? ie, if you were targeting L5 but after the interview they offered an L4 downlevel offer

    30:54 I'm confused why letting fear drive the negitiation is a bad strategy. If they're afraid of losing us, we should use it to our advantage to drive up offer?

      We didn't record that one because we had too much spicy stuff - like stuff about specific companies - we didn't want to get out so we didn't record it. But if enough people ask for it we may have to reshoot it again and record it !
