I was born and raised in BA and used to hate it because I mostly got to see it during rush hour when I was off work. Then I traveled the world and realized that BA is one of the most beautiful, coolest cities on the planet. It's architecturally beautiful with a vibrant culture, has great food and is pretty safe for such a big city. I live in CA now, but I love going back.

Hello, how are you, there is a white wine from the province of Salta, from the town of Cafayate, which is a very rich fruity wine, it is drunk cold and the name of the grape is Torrontes, in itself it is originally from Salta, La Rioja, catamarca
Hi Stacey & Daneger, Have absolutely loved watching your South America series! We had the best time in Palermo Soho back in 2016. We did a similar food tour back then and it honestly was my favourite thing we did in Palermo Soho. I loved staying in that area, it was buzzing! Kinda felt like it had a Melbourne foodie vibe to it! So glad you are in Argentina! I will be there in April. Started watching you from Poland vlogs. Did you guys feel safe? I have been reading so much about thieves and not to use phones. What was your experience?
We have a video coming in a week or so about everything we learnt in South America and a lot about safety and money for Argentina in particular! But in short, we felt safe, but also didn’t carry big cameras etc. Also, if you haven’t yet look into the blue rate for money ASAP!
As an Argentinian I would just recommend not using your phone at night (if you're at a bus stop or waiting for the green line next to the street where a motorcycle could pass by and take it) in sketchy areas. Other than that, it is a safe city specially at touristy places.
its relative!! and depends the area you visit, for turist in general its safe. be quite but attentive,.. i m from bs as, and had been stolen here, in paris, and in london... so... eyes open and already welcome!!!
I once had an amazing meal at Dona Tota in 2022...right at the table behind where you are sitting. The one with all the football posters that you point out. Such a fun memory to jog when watching your video!
Correction: FAINA doesn't have cheese, it's just made ftom chickpea flour, water and oil. You can eat it on it's own or put it on top of a pizza, but not any pizza. It's usually on a simple tomato based pizza like a Napolitana.
Loved this video! It's a beautiful city to visit, there is always something new, it always surprises you! If you come to Buenos Aires, I recommend that you learn about the Argentina Polo Day experience. The city is beautiful, but the countryside is also beautiful, and to disconnect from the city, be in nature and live incredible experiences is a great plan!! Hope see you here!!
Argentine diet used to be pretty balnd bordering depressive, a friend of mine used to say the only condiment we use is salt. Things are improving however and gauchos are slowly getting used to different seasons, about time.
Great video, happy to see you both enjoyed our Capital City that much ! Schnitzel is actually austrian (Wiener Schnitzel-Viennese Cutlet), not german, it was brought into Argentina by central european immigrants ffrom the Austro-Hungaric Empire and eventually the italian majority of the population in Buenos AIres and the pampa region reckoning some similarities with a northern italian dish, renamed it to Milanese Cutlet altough the original italian piece is a bit of a different thing (thicker pork or veal cuts very slightly hammered, fried in clarified butter and always with a big piece of bone attached to the loin). As a "waschechter" porteño I am quite confident to kindly tell you that you should be prepared next time for the real urban food culture of Buenos AIres which will smash your senses since Palermo is a bit of gentrified artificial thing, not really genuine, we locals do prefer other areas and specially other kind of venues, more the likes of the Parrilla you were in the last section of the video
