Ingredients for the Recipe:
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 g).
Mix until the yeast dissolves.
Leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
1 egg white.
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (90 ml).
Let's mix it up.
5.5 cups of flour (660 g).
Sift the flour in a controlled manner.
1 teaspoon of salt (10 g).
Continue mixing.
Add the rest of the flour.
Start kneading the dough with our hands.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
The dough should be medium soft.
Cover it and let it sit for 40 minutes.
The dough has risen very nicely like a cloud.
Let the air out of the dough.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Make a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Expand to 35 X 35 cm.
It's time to shape our bread.
Let's tighten the ends and make them stick together.
We are making our second bread.
Repeat the same process as we did with the previous bread.
Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Apply water on the bread with the help of a brush.
Sprinkle flour on the bread using a strainer.
Make incisions on our breads at intervals of 3 cm.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
The bread is ready.
