Moman at New York Safety Track 5/12/2013

NESBA hosted the first weekend at the new track in Davenport, NY. Rained all Saturday and part of Sunday. After lunch the sun finally came out and I was able to get some video aboard my BMW S1000RR. Due to low attendance this day the advanced and intermediate riders were combined. Toward the end I was passed by a really fast A guy from Canada.

Yes, mostly white with blue BMW in red group. Painted to look like HP4. I don't recall seeing another BMW there on 27th. I was going to shoot some more video but friend had issues with his camera.

Coming onto the straight most of the time I went up 3 gears. After cresting the hill at 7 I would either go up 1 or 2 depending on what kind of drive I was trying to get. The remainder of the time I was in 2nd gear. Still learning the track so may find my shift points changing. I'll be back there 5/27 and again 5/31.
