honestly i think just the softness and weight of the hoodie makes you feel super comfortable that it supposed to “take away” any anxiety tbh
They look and feel like a regular sweatshirt.. they’re just bigger to make it seem like they help with anxiety.

I just got mine and it weighs the exact same as my other normal hoodies, and the fact that I paid over $100 for this hoodie when it feels just like my other hoodies gave me worse anxiety
