Thanks, another video mentioned that you needed to adjust this, but didn't actually show how... So I appreciate you showing the method you used to adjust and that the tab actually affects the float level. I've got a 32/36 DGEV that I need to check now. I'm sure the measurements will be different, but the adjustment looks the same.

Thank you very much for this video. No where else have I seen it posted that you have to do it holding it sideways. That makes a lot of sense. I was doing it like I would an old Solex. Keep up the great work.
You can tap anywhere on the outside of the body or on the top plate, preferably with a brass hammer or just be gentle with a regular hammer oh, my question would be why is this float sticking, generally in the IDF models if it is set correctly you don't have this issue same as in the drla dellorto carburetor.
